okay so I really like helping people so i'm gonna post a series of parts whenever i feel like it on how to get through rough times
so this is a mindset that i use that helps me a lot with my anxiety and depression and basically you just have to go one day at a time. don't think of things like "i'm gonna feel this way for a while" or "i have a project due soon and i'm so worried about it". try not to think of the future too much and just focus on all the good things you did today and dont forget to celebrate how well you did today be treating yourself eith some relaxing music and ice cream.
small things to be congratulate yourself about:
-getting out of bed
-making yourself a meal
-doing something you like
-listening to songs you've never heard
-going on walks
etc
so basically instead of focusing in the big bad things happening in your future and maybe even now, focus and the little happy things you do that make you proud of yourself
