Ring
Ring
"Sorry you seemed to have gotten my voicemail. I'll call you when I can. Thanks, bye."
Okay what the actual hell, Tara thought. She took her sisters to bed and also began to sleep.

Hayes was confused as hell. He couldn't point out why he was mad. Was he mad at Tara? No. He couldn't be mad at her. She didn't know Anthony was going to be there. So was he mad at Anthony? Yes. But no. I mean was he angry Or hurt at the words Anthony spoke. Hayes knew he wasn't Tara's top choice. She was beautiful and everything else. She made his life worth living. But he was just some run down boy who she could do so much better than. She didn't need him, like Anthony said.

Hayes went to a bar on the south side of town. This bar was not in the best neighborhood. But he didn't care. Nothing mattered. He needed to forget. And nothing was gonna stand in his way. So he drank. And drank. And drank.

That's when the memories started flooding back.

He was home. His actual home. With his actual parents. His mom was laying with him on the couch watching TV. Her youthfulness still prominent on her face and laughter filled the room. His father was downstairs. It was late and you could hear a faint muffle and then pounding of boots on the stairs. His father yelled at his mother. And slapped her. He was drunk. "You are a no good whore. I knew you were cheating. What am I not good enough for you?" He began to cry still furious he pulled out a gun. "ANSWER ME!" She just looked at him. "No. I" "Don't lie to me. Do not lie to me." He said through gritted teeth. She spoke softly,"No I lov.." She never finished her sentence. She never got to finish. He shot her. 1.2.3 times. Never even blinking as her blood plastered the walls and their faces. Hayes began to scream. "Noooo stop!" So his father looked at him. Put the metal to his temple and looked him in the eye as he pulled the trigger.

Hayes got up from the bar and began to walk out. But before he could he ran into someone.
