Warning: moderate amounts of fluff and a very angsty ending. For those of you who read it, its quite similar to my Hyukbin oneshot, 'Feelings'.

Minghao knew it wasn't a good idea to leave his house without an umbrella, but he still did.

And that's how he ended up with a terrible cold the next day.

He grumbled to himself as he blew his nose into yet another tissue, tossing it into the growing pile on the floor beside his bed. On the days that he brought an umbrella, it never rained. On the days he didn't bring one, it rained cats and dogs. Minghao didn't understand why life was so unfair to him.

The fact that the mid-year exams were in a weeks' time didn't help either. The doctor had specifically instructed him not to lay a foot on the school premises for the next 3 days, so there was little that the rolled-up-samgyeobsal head could do.

Again, being a student from China meant that his Korean pronunciation was weird and no one wanted to befriend him. Well, he did have one other Chinese boy from his class, but what were the chances of him actually wanting to befriend him? Minghao was way too quiet and nerdy for the cool and popular Wen Junhui who seemed to radiate an aura of don't-mess-with-me-ness. Minghao sneezed into another tissue and flopped back on his bead in desperation. Doing badly on a semester gave him a one-way ticket back to China, according to his mom.

Just as Minghao was about to fall asleep, the doorbell rang. "Urgh... who would even want to visit me..." Minghao crawled to the door and opened it, gasping at who was standing at his doorstep.

"Oh," was all that came out of Junhui's mouth. An image of Minghao, all wrapped up in blankets, still in his teddy-bear-covered pyjamas, tissues stuffed up his nose, sitting innocently in front of the opened door with a look of lost and surprise on his face was presented to him. Minghao hastily got up on his two feet and pulled the tissues out of his nose. "Uh... hi... Junhui..."

"I came to deliver your homework and tutor you," Junhui stepped into Minghao's house as soon as the shy younger let him in. "I knew something was wrong with you when you didn't show up in class; you're always in class."

"B-but... how did you know where I lived?" Minghao unintentionally sounded cute and for a brief millisecond, Minghao thought he saw Junhui flash a small smirk at him. "You know the president Boo Seungkwan? I'm friends with him. And that also means I have easy access to all the students' personal records."

Minghao nodded, just realising that all this while Junhui and himself had been conversing in Chinese without Minghao even realising. "Also, why did you have to visit me? You could've just left me be."

"Anyway, let's get on with what we learnt in math today," Junhui pulled out the papers needed, shamelessly ignoring Minghao's question. The younger found it to be a little strange, but still listened to what Junhui had to say.

"And so you see, in order to find 'x', you have to bring the '²' over to the other side so it becomes-" Junhui was cut off when he felt a thud on his shoulder. Looking to his side, he saw a very tired-looking Minghao using his shoulder as a pillow, and he was sleeping peacefully. Unknowingly, Junhui brushed aside a few curls of Minghao's hair to admire his beautiful sleeping face, and he found the younger to be quite cute.

He slowly got up to lay the younger flat on the couch but with that small movement the smaller Chinese boy jerked awake. "Omg I'm so sorry for sleeping on you omg I barely am close to you and still shit I'm so sorry don't hate me-" Junhui slapped a hand over the noisy Chinese boy's mouth and for the first time in Minghao's life, he saw Junhui smile so hard he was starting to giggle.
