My brothers and I arrived home from the skate park in great moods. For once we can feel normal; we can feel like we fit in with the people of New York, and we don't have to worry about hiding.

"We've just gotta try not to overdo it!" Donatello reminds us as he configures his watch back to turtle. "Remember guys, these are still merely prototypes. It could take me months, or even years to-"

"We get it, Donnie." Raph interrupts, tossing his watch to D. "Come get me when it's time for patrol." He yawns, heading towards his room.

"Is it possible the watches could malfunction?" Leo asks, crossing his arms over his chest. "It's unlikely. I-I just don't know what would happen on the off chance they did." Donnie forces mine back to turtle before snatching it away from me.

"Hey!"

"Since we don't need to worry about being spotted at night, I'm gonna go ahead and run a few more tests on them. You'll have them back by tomorrow morning."

Donnie walks off to his lab, the metal door echos in the sewers once he shuts it. Meanwhile, Leo shrugs and heads to the pit where he turns the tv on.

Space Heroes nerd.

I myself decide I'm going to get started on an early dinner, so I waltz on into the kitchen so that I can prepare the ingredients for the ultimate Mikey Pizza!

Created by Hamato Michelangelo, of course.

About ten minutes into my pizza prepping time, someone else enters the kitchen. I can tell by the footsteps along with their pheromones that it's not Dawn, so I'm not too interested in their presence or their reason for walking in. Not until an elbow rams into my arm and making me spill the last of the pizza sauce!

"Dude!" I exclaim, turning to face the jerk; Jeremy smirks, "Maybe you should watch where you're standing, Mickey."

"It's Mikey, and maybe you should watch where you're going! That was the last jar of sauce!"

"Do you always whine like that?" He asks, leaning against the opposite counter and cracking his knuckles. I squint my eyes at him, "What's your problem, dude?"

He lets out a low, weird chuckle, "My PROBLEM...My family, their lives are in danger. My sweet little sister... And now the love of my life... Loves me no more." He explains in that same low tone, keeping his head down. I frown, "The love of your life?"

His head shoots up as he stares directly at me, eyes wide. "Yes! You ignorant fool! Dawn. She was my love." My eyes narrow at him.

So that's what this is really about...

My muscles relax a bit and I roll my head around to crack my neck, "Okay, now I know you're just screwing with me. Dawn told me everything; the whole story, brah! You're not pulling the wool over my eyes." I say with a smile and shaking my pointer finger at him.

He smirks, crossing his arms. "Did she now?" He mutters, "Did she mention how I was her first?"

"First?" A puzzled look crosses over my face; he nods. "First what?"

"Oh, first everything, really. First guy she held hands with, first guy she cuddled with, first date, first kiss-"

My fists clench up the more his stupid mouth talks, "Okay! I get it! I get it! Just shut up!"

A devious smile crosses over his lips, "First guy she slep-"

I tackle him to the floor, ready to kick his shell in, but this guy has other plans.

He throws a right hook, getting me right in the eye before he tucks his knees in and kicks his feet into my chest, sending me up and flying across the counter. My shell knocks the pizza jar onto the ground and the raw dough stuck on me as I land right in the middle of the pit.
