"Rob, stop it! Give me back my phone!" I laughed, jumping across the giant tight end's lap, trying to grab my phone from his outstretched hand.
He held it even higher, smiling at my predicament. "And why should I do such a thing?"
"Because....it would make me happy?" I tried, still struggling to reach the phone.
"You know what would make me happy?" he asked, still grinning down at me.
I sighed, "What would make you happy, Robert?"
Rob wrapped his arms around me, effectively trapping me on his lap, "This."
I groaned, "Ugh, fine, you win."
We lay like that for a few more minutes, talking and laughing. Then, I checked the time, "Shit, we actually have to get going."
Gronk groaned, "Do we have to??"
I sat up, "Yes, we have to. The reservations are in like 20 minutes."
"Fine," Rob drew out the end of the word in a childish way.

"What are you getting?" I asked the muscular man across from me.
He leaned across the table and whispered, "To be honest, I'd rather have a burger or something."
I laughed, nodding my head. Fancy restaurants made me uncomfortable too. "I feel that."
We eventually ordered our food, and I leaned back in my chair, "Since they don't have football games on in here, why don't you tell me about how you're going to destroy the Jaguars this weekend?"
Rob laughed, and shrugged, "I mean, they've gotten a lot better this year..."
He trailed off, and we stared at each other for a moment before cracking up.
"I'm calling it now - we're dropping 50 on them," he smirked.
"Oh, that's all?" I joked.
Just then, our food arrived, and I looked down at my chicken Caesar salad, "Remind me again why we didn't just go to a sports bar?"
Rob shrugged, "I figured we should go on an actual, real.....date."
Hearing him say the word date gave me butterflies. This was a real thing. I looked across the table at him, and he caught my eye.
"Hanna, I was wondering something," Gronk began.
I interrupted, "If this is about the disappearing cookies, I had nothing to do with it."
He laughed, "Not quite. Would you, I don't know, be interested in being my girlfriend?"
The butterflies intensified. "Of course, Rob!" I smiled.
