Chaper 12

Nicki woke up feeling worse that ever. She hadnt slept all night and had a really bad cold. She decided to take the day off school. She was gonna be at home alone all day as her parents were going to work and her brother was gonna be at pre-school then going to a play date all day. She went and got in the shower. After about 20 minutes she got out and got dressed in her pink sweats , a white tank and her pink hoodie she put her fluffy pink socks and sat in bed watching tv.

At school ...

Drake: where's nic

Cassie: don't know she didn't say

Amber: why don't we call her

Drake: k

Drake dialled her number and she picked up on the 3rd ring.

Nicki: hello

Her voice was hoarse and sounded as if she was loosing it.

Drake: hey baby , how are u

Nicki: I feel dead

Drake: aww is my baby not well

Nicki: no , that's the last time I'm kissing u in the rain

Drake: I know u don't mean that

Nicki: I know I do

Drake: aww well I'll call u later to see how ur doing

Nicki: okay baby I love u

Drake: love u more

They hung up.

Cassie: aww

Amber: aww , what did she say

Drake: she said she's really ill

Cam: aww poor nic

2 hours later ...

Drake was sat alone in music as everyone else was doing their duets so he was just sat alone in a corner. He decided to text nicki...

Nicki had just woke up after taking a nap to catch up on sleep she lost last night. She looked at her phone and found a new text from drake.

They continued texting until drake had to go to science where he wouldn't get away with texting in class...

Later on ...

Nicki heard a knock at the door and went to get it. She found drake standing there with a teddy bear , some flowers , and some cranberries and almonds.

Nicki: aww baby I told u not to

Drake: how could I not

She let him in and they went up to her room and sat on her bed. She cuddled up to him. He put his arms around her and just held her. He kissed her forehead.

Drake: I know we don't have long now but I'll be back soon as I've got. Free period last

Nicki: your just the best boyfriend in the world
