Training isn't as Easy as It Looks

(Goten's POV)
My daddy stood up. "I am glad you can help." He said.
"Are we ready?" He asked. We all nodded. Trunks and I trained together while Gohan trained with Future Trunks and Daddy trained with Vegeta. Trunks had gotten srtonger since the last time we faught someone like Lord Laba. "Hey Trunks. Didn't I do the Kamehameha Wave on Lord Laba?" I asked confused. "It wasn't strong enough. You weren't strong enough to take out that guy with one blast." Trunks said smiling. I nodded. "Are you stronger than me?" I asked having an idea. "Duh." Trunks said as he buffed up his chest. "KA- ME- HA -ME- HAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!" I yelled. The blast headed straight toward Trunks. He screamed and blocked it. Now we were all staring at Trunks who looked angry. "Why would you do that?!!! Were you trying to kill me. Oh it is on!!!" Trunks said as he lunged at me. Trunks made a couple hard punches and by the time we were done, we were both on the ground. The older ones were still fighting and training. Trunks and I were supposed to be sleeping but we couldn't fall asleep. Well I couldn't. The Hyperbolic Time Chamber began to get dark. That was unusual. Maybe a new update? I heard my dad say, "Well it is getting late. We have trained for a day in here. We better get some rest." They walked towrd their beds. "Wow. Those boys are knocked out." Future Trunks said.
"Yeah. They must have worked hard." Gohan said. "So, Kakarot, if your wife is now living, does that mean your next two children will be also?" Vegeta asked. "Shhhhhhh. Goten doesn't know yet. And I think?" My dad said. "2!!!" Future Trunks exclaimed. "Twins." Gohan explained. I was in shock. How come they never told me!!! "Uhhhh. More of Kakarot's kids means more powerful people I have to surpass." Vegeta said.

After everyone was asleep, I got up and started training. I did 40,000 pushups and 87,000 sit ups. Sit ups are easier to be honest. I practiced some energy blast and tried to deflect some of them. Training was rough. "Your stance is weird, Goten. Maybe that is why you can't deflect your own energy." Gohan said. I turned around. Gohan was sitting down on a stool. "Was I too loud?" I asked. "No. I just woke up cause I had to pee." He said. I laughed a bit. "Come here. Let me show you how to do this." Gohan said.

After a long year, it was time to come out. I felt as if I didn't make any progress. Everyone else felt stronger. Even Trunks. I walked home instead of flying with the others. They were all laughing about Krillin or something. Wgen I got to my house, my mom greeted me at the door. "Goten!!!!" She said with her arms open. I ran and hugged her. Daddy and Gohan flew down. We didn't finish our food until late in the night. I was about to go to bed when Gohan scared me. "Gohan!!!! Don't scare me like that!" I said. I crawled into my bed. "Hey Gohan." I said. "What buddy?" He replied. "Dad said mom is having twins." I said. Gohan looked startled. "Um.... No, yes, sort of.... Who told you?" He asked nervously. "Dad, you, Vegeta, future Trunks, you know the loud people." I said. Gohan just gave me that same smile when he taught Videl how to fly.
