Exotic POV
It's been 2 months. & I have a doctors appointment today. I've been really sick lately. I haven't really been talking to Shawn. But me & L got closer. We talk everyday. In fact she is driving me to my appointment today. I got up. I went to the kitchen and made myself something to eat. Then I went back up stairs and took a shower. I got dressed. I didn't even put on makeup. I just left my face naked. I had got a text from Shawn. I didn't reply. See something happened between us. I walked in on him getting head from Toxic. Then he claimed that we weren't in a relationship. But I don't sweat it. See I'm done with the club. I've saved up a lot of money to last me. I'll be starting hair school soon anyways. I started when I was 18 and kept going tell I was 20 and almost was finished but quit cause I loved the fast money off of stripping. But now I realize I don't wanna be a stripper anymore. So now I'm going to finish up hair school and then get my business license. So very soon I'm going to have my own shop. I threw on my shoes and as soon as I sat down on the couch I gotta text from L saying she was outside. I locked up my house. Then I went to her car & got in.
"Hey Girl."
"Hey."
"I hope this hospital visits helps."
"What do you mean."
"You know to figure out what wrong with you."
"Ooh yea I know." The drive after those words was peaceful. We listened to music tell me got there. We went in I checked myself in and we waited.
"Halo Ring."
I got up & so did L. But she kinda held back."
"You not coming?"
"You want me too?" She asked.
"Yea" I said quickly turning around and following the doctor.
we got to the room. The doc came in and asked me what's wrong. I told him that I've been very sick. They drew blood and had me wait on my test to come back.
After about 30 minutes the doc walked in.
"Good new Ms.Ring."
"Yes?"
"Your perfectly fine & your perfectly pregnant."
My life froze. I looked at L & she looked at me. The doctor ask me do I know the baby's father and I said yes. They gave me some pregnancy pills and then sent me on my way. When we got in the car the question I didn't want to ask was asked.
"Is Shawn the daddy." A million thoughts went through my head. I took a deep breath that only I noticed and said.
"No"
"Are you sure"
"Yes I'm sure"
"Well don't you need to call and tell your baby's father that y'all are having a baby." She asked.
"No he doesn't want any kids so I'm on my own but I'll be just fine I watched kids all my life this is nothing new."
"Wow......"
"Don't worry about me. I'm going to always be okay. I'm used to doing things on my own anyways."
"But I can relate to raising a kid by yourself & it's super hard especially when it comes to boys."
"I'm not gonna stress about stuff that's not going to be a problem tell later in life gotta worry about now you know."
"Yea but now what about your job."
"I was quitting anyways this just moved the process along."
"Ooh so what you gonna do about money?"
"Damn what is this a hundred and fifty questions but money is fare from a problem I was bringing in 4 bands a night on a good night 5 and on a great night 6. Throwing Shawn a bands no matter what I made. I'm ok trust me. Working 5 days out the week & some if not most weekends for five years starts to add up real quick."
" I'm sorry I'm asking a lot just real worried for you."
"Don't be you making me worry." We laughed. She drove me home. When I got there I took a hot bath and just thunk. I got out put on something comfy and went straight to sleep.
Shawn POV
I got a call from L telling me she just left the hospital with Halo. She told me that she was pregnant. A smile came across my face but then L said she asked her if it was mine and Halo said no. So while I was fucking someone else was too? Is she just lien to L? Man it couldn't have been no one else smashing it was always tight. Maybe she lien to L cause see came in on Toxic giving me head and still hurt about what I said. L did say that Halo said something about even tho she was pregnant she was quitting the club anyways. I wanna be happy cause deep down I know I got a child but what if the baby ain't mine. Or worse what if Halo doesn't let me around cause of how I made her feel that day. I only denied being with her cause I was salty I got caught cheating. Man I don't even know what to do. I guess I'll just have to call her tomorrow.
