3. Lazy Morning

Ran's POV:

I woke up to the annoying sound of my alarm clock. I groaned and looked at the time; 8:00 am. Four hours of sleep is not enough for me!! My eyes were still heavy with sleep and I felt like someone was hitting my head with a hammer, repeatedly. I dropped myself back on the bed and turned around just to find Ash still sound asleep. What the fu- Oh. Ooooh! It absolutely slipped my mind that I asked her to spend the night with me in my flat. She must be a heavy sleeper considering that annoying sound of the alarm didn't wake her.
I switched on my phone and decided on going through my notifications. As usual it was flooded with useless shits. I felt Ash move on the other side of the bed. "Morning..." She sat up on bed while rubbing her eyes and yawning.
"Good morning." I smiled.

She yawned and placed her her head on my shoulder and buried both of us in the blanket. "Can we please skip school for today Ran...I don't wanna walk around the school corridors like a zombie." I chuckled. Well I didn't look any better than a zombie either. "Hmmm that idea is pretty tempting." I said biting on my nails. I know bad habit. "Stop doing that!" Ash snapped at me and slapped my hand away. It sometimes feels like it's the aim of her life to make me get rid off my bad habits. I smiled while scratching the back of my neck. "So we're skipping school today and going to have some fun together!"Ash glomped me and while grinning from ear to ear. "You're my cupcake!!!!!!" Cupcake!? Me?? Gah. I rolled my eyes, "I can be anything but cupcake...Please Ash..."
Ash laughed and poked my cheek. "So we can start our fun day with some coffee?"
"Oh sure! But I'm not in the mood of making coffee so let's head to Starbucks." I said pushing myself off the bed and walking off to the washroom.
"No..."Ash whined. I stopped in my track. "What 'no'?"
"No means no...I don't wanna go!!!! I'm still too tired to move my ass...Ran please get some coffee for the both of us, pleaseeeee!" She whined.

"Guess you need a reminder that I was there with you too, don't you think I'm also as tired as you!" I narrowed my eyes at her.

"Ran I love you so much...pwease!" She stared at me with puppy eyes and a pout on lips. Not that trick again. Ugh! "I hate you from the bottom of my heart." I mumbled.

"I love you too~" Ash grinned.

"You piss me off to no end Ash, seriously. Now tell me what you want." I said admitting defeat.

"French vanilla iced coffee. Half milk half cream, extra sugar. Like a lot of sugar. Like I should be able to see a lot of sugar from a mile away." Ash said.

I couldn't control myself this time. I tossed my head back and laughed at her order. She shoved me playfully. "I'm serious!"

"You want diabetes so badly my love?!"

"Go! Or I'll shoot you." Ash said narrowing her eyes and pointing her index and middle finger at me pretending that's her gun.

"Ran you have five seconds. One..."

"What are you, a five year old kid?"

"Two..." Ash said glaring at me.

I really couldn't stop my laugh...I actually like her childish side the most.

"Three..."

"Okay okay I'm going!!" I said unplugging my phone from the charger and shoving it in my shorts' pocket.
