AIKA'S POV

Two weeks have already pass, since then hindi ko pa nakaka usap si Dad at yung tatlo kong sira ulong kaibigan.

I was so engrossed with my adventures here in San Francisco kaya nakalimot ako. I must make up for it.

It's past one in the afternoon at mag isa lang ako ngayon, France said something came up in his company that needs attention.

Even though nasa bakasyon siya alam kong may mga commitments and I understand that, and besides ngayon lang naman to nangyari.

I got my phone and dialled Camille's number, I need to tell them baka mabaliw yung tatlo kakahanap saakin sa pinas eh wala naman ako dun.

[Hi.] I greeted her.

[Aika?] she asked na parang nagtataka.

[Yeah it's me. Bakit ganyan ang tono ng boses mo?] I asked her.

[For goodness sake! Saan ka ba nagsusuot, ang dami mong dapat ipaliwanag samin!] she said exclaiming.

[Will you freaking relax, nasa San Francisco ako ngayon at ano ang dapat kong ipaliwanag?]

[Sh*t.] she cursed and muttered something else na hindi ko naintindihan.

[Hey, ano ba ang nangyayari huh? Bakit ka nagmumura jan and what did you mutter?] I asked.

[I bet you didn't know that your boyfriend is on the news.] she said which caught me off guard.

[France is on news?]

[Hell yeah, pati na rin sa newspaper dito sa pinas. Tell me magkasama ba kayo?]

He's on news? Why?

[Yeah magkasama nga kami, but I have no freaking idea that he's on the news. Ano bang sabi?] I asked. I'm starting to freak out. Hindi maganda ang pakiramdam ko.

For Pete's sake nawala lang kami ng ilang linggo ganito na ang sumalubong.

[It said that Lyseus is missing and his father is giving a reward for anyone who could lead them to his whereabouts.] France's father did that? Hindi ba nila alam that his with me and the two of us is on vacation? Hindi ba nagpaalam si France na magbabakasyon siya at ang akala nila ay nawawala na siya?

[I think it is just a misunderstanding. He is definitely not missing and sure as hell not kidnapped, if they even thought of that.] I told her.

[Sh*t. I think I know what's going on. Don't talk to anyone else besides me, you are so dead if they found out where the two of you are hiding.] Camille said.

[What the hell are you talking about Camille?] I asked her. What does she mean na alam na niya kung anong nangyayari?

[Just trust me, Aika. Please promise me ako lang ang tatawagan mo, I'll explain pag nalaman ko na ang lahat lahat. Okay?] she said. I could sense worry on her voice and there's also something in my gut that tells me to trust her.

[Okay, I trust you. Just call me right away pag may nalaman ka na.]

[Okay, don't worry I'll inform you as soon as I find some info. By the way there's something else and I don't think you will like it.]
