Arranged Marriage with Kai

Part time job

JiYun's POV
I decided to get a par time job to get some work experience and I finally got a job at a tuxedo shop because of Kris. It was $25 an hour so it was good. Then I saw Kai walk in! What the hell is he doing here?! I quickly walked into a dressing room without him seeing me. I was so nervous and panicking in the tiny dressing room. Wait! Why am I hiding? It's not like I did anything wrong! But I was still very nervous and then I heard another one of the workers calling for me. I reluctantly came out to see who was calling me and then I saw Kai. The worker who just called me was Yerim, she said I could help Kai.

Yerim: here's your first customer JiYun! Try to find a suit the best suits him ok!
JiYun: ok...

Yerim then left and then it was just Kai and me. It was so awkward!!!

Kai: so you work here? I thought you had money or is it that your secretly poor? But why are you hiding? Is it because you like me? 😏
JiYun: can you just choose something and get out?
Kai: but why are you so rude to a customer? I could get you fired in a snap.

I just glared at Kai and then he chose some suits and tried them on. Honestly, he looked really nice in all of them but he wasn't satisfied. Then he asked me to choose one for him. I was shocked and chose some random one and then he took it to the cash register.

JiYun: your not gonna try it out?!
Kai: I trust anything you choose for me

My face started turning red as a tomato.

Yerim: congratulations JiYun you passed the test!
JiYun: test? What test?
Yerim: Kai is the owner of this shop and whenever there's a new employee he tests their skills by pretending to be a customer and if you can persuade him to buy something you pass
JiYun: oh

I thought I would be happy but somehow I felt kind of pissed off. Kai then told the workers that I was going to leave work early. I had no choice and just decided to leave with him. He held me hand and we walked out of the store and then he brought me to a dress shop.

JiYun: why am I here?
Kai: your parents want me to go with you to one of their business events and your gonna go there obviously as my fiancé
JiYun: ugh! I feel so bad for myself...

I was walking until I slipped on a banana peel and I landed straight on the ground wit my back. Agh!!! It hurt so much!!! Kai didn't catch me because some girl was talking to him. That player... I just hate him sometimes. I couldn't get up and then he finally noticed me and I just gave him a face.

Kai: you didn't need to grab my attention by hurting yourself...
JiYun: I'M GONNA KILL YOU KAI!!!
Kai: hahahaha I was just kidding

Then he lifted me up bridal style and quickly carried me to the hospital. Luckily, my spine was fine and I told Kai to just leave but he insisted on staying. Eventually, I fell asleep.

Kai's POV
Today was such an interesting and fun day. First, I found out that JiYun works in a shop that I own! Then she slipped on a banana peel which was pretty funny. When a JiYun gets mad it's so cute. I can't help but fall in love with her more and more everyday. I think she is a very entertaining person to be with and I want to be more than friends with her but it apparently looks like she doesn't want to. She looked so peaceful while she was asleep I decided to go get a snack to eat and then I saw Jihye. What the hell is she doing here? When she finished talking with one of the doctors she immediately came to me?

Jihye: Kai!!! Perfect timing!!!
Kai: bwo?! What are you even doing here?
Jihye: I actually have really good news for you
Kai: I doubt your gonna have any good news for me
Jihye: I finally thought of a way for us to be together! If we have a baby we could maybe together because your parents would have no choice but to put us together right?!
Kai: your officially crazy! Why did you come back to me huh?! Are you just plain stupid? You don't love me you love my money...
Jihye: that's not true after you dumped me I thought I was gonna be ok but instead my heart and my head started hurting crazy! Then everytime I saw your face my heart calmed down. You were like my medicine
Kai: Get out of my life Jihye!
Jihye: Kai! You don't even love that girl JiYun! So why are you rejecting me?! Didn't you use to love me?!
Kai: but your wrong I love JiYun

As soon as I said that I walked back to JiYun's room who was awake.
