Here We Go! (Sonic X Reader) {ON HOLD/DISCONTINUED}

The Date, Sonic ~Edited~

'You woke up and stretched. Looking around you realize you aren't in Sonic and Tails' house, but you see a very familiar blue blur run past you with its young kitsune pal in the air trying to keep up with the blur. As you turn around you see the blue hedgehog. That's where you've seen him before! "Sonic!" You call running over towards him. As you went to hug him he disappeared. "S-Sonic?" You ask. You see Tails too, walking towards him and putting a hand out slowly. "T-Tails?" You ask as he disappeared too. You fall down and start crying, as you look up and see Sonic and Amy holding hands, then kiss. Your tears fall faster as you realize your feelings for Sonic.'

You woke up wheezing and with tears trickling down your face. You look around and see Sonic and Tails next to you worried. You hug them both as you start crying again, just for real this time. "Woah, what's up with you this morning?" Sonic asked holding out his neckerchief and wringing it out from your tears.

"I-I had a nightmare.." You say quietly, remembering what you dreamt of. "What was it of?" Tails asked. You shake your head remembering it too clearly. "Y-you two.. Every time I went to hug you or something.. You'd disappear into thin air.. Then I saw Sonic.." You trailed off at the end. "You saw me what?" He asked. Your face started getting red as you looked up to see how much he wanted to know. He must have saw that you didn't want him to know so he just walked off, pulling Tails along with him.

~~Sonic's POV~~

I woke up to see (F/N) screaming and crying. I tried to shake her awake but she wouldn't respond. "(F/N) are you okay?" I asked, but she didn't respond. "Tails! Get something to help cool (F/N) down! She's burning up!" I say as I feel her forehead. It's burning hot. Tails ran off towards the kitchen and grabbed a wash cloth and put it under cold water. He handed it to me and I set it on her forehead. I sat here worried she wasn't feeling well enough to help fight off Eggbreath if he attacked, or that if she weren't feeling well that he would capture her again. 'I don't want you to get captured again..' I thought as I kissed her hair. I sniff in her familiar scent and smiled lightly.  'I wish you could return my feelings..' I thought. I got up to let her continue sleeping, as she finally calmed down some.

Tails and I went to another room, then we heard whimpering type noises. I ran over towards (F/N) to see her shivering. "You got cold fast.." I said laughing quietly. I took the wash cloth off her forehead and put it in the kitchen. Going back towards her I see Tails sitting there next to her. "She's up.. Kinda.." Tails said quietly. I ran over and looked down at her, to see tear stained cheeks. 'When'd she cry?' I thought as I wiped them away. As she slowly woke up she started crying more, and she hugged Tails and I.

~A few minutes later I already told you what happened..~

I drag Tails out of the living room with me and when we get to his workshop I stop. "Can you find out what her dream was? And the part with me.. Can you tell me that part..?" I asked. He nodded as he smiled and ran back out to (F/N) and I felt my face heat up. 'Why am I acting like this? I should just ask her myself..' I thought as Tails came back in. "Uhm.. Hehe.." Tails didn't want to say. I can tell by him stalling like this. "What?" I ask impatiently taping my foot on the ground. "She said that you and Amy.. Kissed.." Tails said. My eyes widen as I start towards the living room, as Tails grabs my hand. "She didn't want me to tell you.. You probably shouldn't bring it up.." He says. I nod and sit down, trying to calm down.

~Your POV~

As you tell Tails not to tell Sonic his face becomes more serious, as he nods. "No problem. I won't tell him a thing." Tails said. You smile and hug him tightly. "Thanks." You say as you let go and he starts towards his workshop. 'I already know he's going to tell.. I just don't want to.. Say it to him myself.. Yeah..' I told myself as I got up to head to the kitchen. You decide to just have a bowl of cereal, so that's what you have. Sonic and Tails come back in and you smile and they smile back. "Well you recovered quickly." Sonic said. You laugh a little as you sit down to eat. Sonic ran over and sat down by you. "(F/N) you wanna come with me later tonight? Just you and me?" Sonic said his face getting a bit red. You laugh at him as you eat. "Basically your asking me on a date?" You ask smiling Sonic's cocky grin. He nodded slightly his face still red. You nod as you kiss him on the cheek. His smile grew as he got up and ran off, upstairs.
