Here We Go! (Sonic X Reader) {ON HOLD/DISCONTINUED}

UT, Sonic

It was a peaceful morning, Amy, Sonic, and you are sitting down. Sonic's sleeping, Amy's reading, and you're watching Sticks and Knuckles play volleyball. "Ah. It feels nice to feel the sun on my skin, and breath in the salty air." Sticks said actually making sense for once since you met her. Knuckles hit the ball to hard and it went past Sticks as Tails was walking back with a new invention, with a cover over it. "What do you got there Tails?" You ask.

"Guys, meet UT!" Tails said happily as he threw the cover off of it and everyone looked confused. "What is it?" Knuckles asked. "It's a translator, it translates every language to our language." He explained. You poked Sonic to wake him up quickly, and he woke up with a jump and looked around frantically. "UT, translate." Tails said pointing to birds in a nest. "The fact that you pre chew my food is repulsive." UT translated. "Haha! It works!" Knuckles said pointing at it. "Didn't see that one coming.." UT said in a mono voice. "Uhm.. This things still talking?" Knuckles asked. "I thought this thing only translated birds." UT replied. "It doesn't translate what your saying, it translates what you really mean!" Tails said, a little uneasy.

"I didn't intend for it to do that.. But I'll take full credit for it.." UT said. "That's great Tails." Amy said. "Pretty lame.." UT said. "But.. That's not what I was thinking at all!" Amy replied. "Man.. I'm totally busted.." UT said back. "It's actually really neat Tails. I like it!" You said smiling at him. He returned the smile when he heard what UT said. "That's awesome.." UT said.

"Tails.. I think it needs some more work.." Amy said shyly. "If that thing doesn't shut it's metal trap.. I think I might die.." UT said. "Wait.. This thing reads minds?" Sticks asked. "Wait.. This thing reads minds.." UT copied. "Get it out of my head!" Sticks yelled. "Get it out of my head.." UT copied again. Knuckles ran over and grabbed Sticks as she went to attack UT. "Now calm down Sticks.." Knuckles said. "Take it easy wakjob." UT translated. "Hey!" Sticks yelled as UT rolled away. "I am displeased." UT said. "Don't be offended Sticks. Knuckles didn't mean to think that." Sonic said. "He's not the sharpest tool in the shed.." UT said. "Tails. I think you need to turn this thing off. We don't want it to reveal anything too... Sensitive.." Amy said. "Shut this thing off before it tells Sonic that I l-" UT started as Tails turned it off. "Uh.. What was he saying?" Sonic asked scratching his head. "Uh.. Nothing!" Amy said defensively. "Are you sure?" You ask. She nods then starts reading again.

~Later that night as Tails POV~

"Wow UT.. My friends normally love my inventions.. I can't believe you had such a lousy daybue.." I said as I laid down on my bed. "I blame myself.." UT replied. "No.. If it's anyones fault it's mine.. After all I'm the one wh.. Oh wait. You were just saying my thoughts huh?" I said as I sat up to turn him off. "I feel like such a dummy.." UT said as I turned him off. "Things will be better tomorrow. I promise. Good night." I say as I yawn, lay back down and fall asleep.

~Next Morning (Back to your POV)~

"Hey guys, I know we got off on the wrong foot yesterday.." Tails said. "Tails I think it's best if you turn UT off." Sonic replied. "Amy is a dope.." UT said. " So now that's what your thinking of me?" Amy said. "What? No! Not even close!" Sonic said as UT started translating again. "And her hair stinks.. What does she wash it with.. Yogurt from the back of the fridge.." He said. "Why would you even say that?" Amy asked. "But I didn't! He did!" Sonic said. "Sure you didn't.." Knuckles said. "I'm stupid.." UT said. "Hey! I'm not stupid!" Knuckles yelled at him. "And um.. I'm ugly too.. But not as ugly as Sticks.." UT said in his monotone voice. "Hey!" Sticks yelled charging at Knuckles.

"Get off of me!" Knuckles yelled as Sticks tackled him. "Guys! Stop fighting!" You yell. "Everyone's stupid except for me.." UT said. You looked over at UT and growled. "I didn't say that!" You said defensively as everyone except Sonic started towards you. "I know my friends wouldn't think such mean things about each other.. Maybe UT's malfunctioning?" Tails said to himself. He pulled out a flat head screwdriver and pulled out a little latch in front.
