Chapter 1 You Fight Like A Retarded Seal

Kate's Prov

Taking a short cut through the forest, mud seeped into my sneakers making my feet wet and cold. The wind howled through the trees making the leaves rustle and fall to the soggy forest ground. The ground soon began to tremble like there is a stamped of charging elephants. "What on earth is doing this?" I asked myself when no thunder boomed in the sky.

Horrendous snarls and growls erupted in to the evening sky. Picking my pace up to a sprint of lickety split lets go. I dodged trees, treacherous roots, and falled trees that lay upon the ground. As I got closer to the tree line its like time went it to slow motion. Something warm and big rammed into my back causing me to fall.

Growls and snarls erupted around and one in particular is above me talk about loud. Looking up a huge ass man is above me acting all protective and possessive. Wow another hot guy, too bad he's gay though. Moving my head over to see who he is growling like a dog at. A big mangy wolf stood near by circling us.

The guy that is now crouching above me launched at the wolf. He's arms almost looked like a seal clapping in a cirrus and his legs flailed about like a drunk donkey. Yeah this guy has mastered the skill of the retarded seal.

Taking my chance to run the man that acted like a protective and possessive talked. "I will find you no matter where you go love." His deep masculine voice warned. Looking over my shoulder he looked right at me. "We'll see about that." I replied. Before taking a step forward I turned to face him. "Oh and by the way you fight like a retarded seal."

I couldn't see his full reaction do to the fact his hood hid little over part of his face. All I could see is his jaw tighten which scared me a little. Well pycho path is on the loose. I turned back around an ran from the guy that mastered the skill of the retarded seal.

Reaching the tree line I stopped and made sure he wasn't chasing me. Once I made a quick observation I took off sprinting through the meadow. I head feet pounding on the ground so I dropped down into the tall grass and crawled away. "Nice try love." His voice said followed by me being lefted into the air. Damn you and your retarded seal power!
