Chapter 6 Jared

Cross's Prov

Once I made sure she fell into a peaceful sleep I picked her up and walked out of her room. Coming into the living room I grabbed a slight thick blanket and draped it over her to keep her warm and comfortable. Walking out the front door and closing it quitely to keep her from waking up.

Facing the forest I began to run through the night. "It's about time you're coming back Cross." My father said. "I had a crazy mate to retrieve and rouges didn't help either." I replied back though the mind link. "You found your mate?! That's great son!" My father said and no doubt telling my brother.

"Well what do we have here?" A dark cold voice said. "Jared!" I said shocked. "Hand her over to me. She is mine." He hissed at me. "Momma why are you, Clark, and Joey always fight?" My love mummbled in her sleep.

Her eyes opened and looked into my eyes. She then looked over to Jared. "Not another retarded seal." She said and moved around till she is in a sitting position. Jared choked on air and I laughed. "Oh my god your Jared! I'm gonna kill you till you're dead!" She yelled and tried to get out of my grip. Key word tried.

All you heard was a zip. "Take this you retarded seal!" She pulled out her high pressure sparkle can and pointed it at him. She pushed the button and now he is caked in green sparkles. "And take this you mother fucker!" She took out another can and aimed at his eyes. She sprayed him and he just drops and growls.

"Ahhhhhhhh!! You little...uurr!!" Jared yelled. "The sparkles don't come off by the way. Unless you use a vacuum to suck it off." I said as I held my darling love to my chest. She turned around in my arms to face me and said, "My name is Kate by the way." She blushed and tried to hide it with her hands. "There is no need to hide your beautiful blush me love." I said and her face went beet red. Haha to vute.

"MINE!" Jared yelled and punched me square in the nose breaking it. "Cross use the power of the retarded seal!" My love, Kate yelled as Jared lifted her of the ground. I know its a bad time to crack up laughing like a dieing walrus but I did. She soon joined i on the laughing and giggling.

"Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahaah!" Jared bursted out laughing while we sounded like dieing walruses. Kate's hand sneaked it's way into his pants pocket and took out his cell phone and typed on it.

When she was done she showed me the screen and it said. Count to three then tackle him to the ground the go all beached whale on his ass. Or I will do the beached whale move. Lol this is going to be funny! I sware this girl knows nothing about fighting. But who am I to judge her might as well see how her fighting works out.

"One....two....three!!" I said and launched at his legs and taking him down. He groaned and went to a half sit up position till Kate just flopped her dead weight on his chest. "Oh my god get off Kate." He snapped at her. "Hurrmurrhurr!" A horrible mimic of a whale passed her lips.

"Get off!" He yelled again. "Beached whales dont move dumb ass!" She yelled back and elbowed his balls. Not on purpose or anything but it was funny to watch. "Okay Cross use your retarded seal fighting power." Kate said and quickly got off of Jared who seems relived she got off his chest.

"It's wolf power love not seal power." I replied to her curtly. "Ahh...fine." She pouted. "If you don't stop pouting I'm gonna have to make you." I said husky. "I dare you bossy crossy!" She challenged me. "Alright." I basically replied. I lifted her off the ground and kissed her divine lips.

"Don't kiss her!" Jared said as he came rushing toward us. "Time for target practice." Kate said an un zipped her other fanny pack and pulled out a high powered pistol and shot at Jared's feet. He vanished and the air seemed calm and I didn't smell him anymore.

"Come here you. You're in big trouble." I said and quickly wrapped her in the blanket. "Let's go home shall we?" I asked knowing she knew it wasn't her home but mine which is now hers.
