Chapter 4 - Hidden Feelings

Rose's POV

I woke up at 11:00 because I had stayed up so late talking to Luke. I decided to go shopping for a cute new outfit so after I had got ready and so on and then went out .I decided to take a walk through the park I walked and to my luck I saw Luke sitting at the water fountain it was like he expected me to be there.

"Hey Lukeeee " I said standing next to him.

"Oh hey Rose" he said with a smile he seemed upset.

"What's the matter you seem upset?" I said sitting next to him and hugging his side.

"Oh nothing just thinking about things" he said a little more distressed.

I knew something was up and I had a feeling I wasn't going to get it out of him so I left it.

Luke's POV

When she hugged me it was amazing I had that great feeling but the hurt over powered it. the fact that she was going on a date with some dude. I could tell she knew something was up but I can't tell her that I don't want her to go on the date and possible ruin her chances of happiness that would be wrong.so I told her what I had to tell her.I it would ruin our friendship if I told her and I didn't want that because I wanted to know more about her to get close to her because she someone I want to be close with.

"So Luke do you want to do me a favour?" she said with a smile.

"Erm okay then I guess I can" I said with a worried look because I didn't know what I just agreed too.

"Okay will you come shopping with me to get a new outfit?" she said with a big cheesy smile.

"Oh gosh okay then," I laughed "think of me as your personal fashion adviser" I said in a French accent and she laughed.

"Let's go then" she said standing up I stood up after her she linked my arm ,then we walked to the end of the park and out then we called a cab.

"So where are we going?" I said.

"The mall" she said moving her long blonde hair out of her face.

"Oh okay" I said "so who the dude that's taking you on a date?" I said with a lump in my throat.

"Taylor Jones" she said smile.

"Okay then" I said ,I needed to get close to Taylor to because if I was okay with him then things would be okay I hope.

Rose's POV

He went quite after asking about Taylor I don't know why though and he did ask so y'know I answered ,but thankfully he was actually coming with me I thought he wouldn't have wanted to but he agreed and I liked the company. we finally got to the shopping centre we got out of the cab then walked in, but then a sudden crowd formed around us they were screaming 'Luke Luke I love you ' it was his fans oh fuck I thought to myself we were separated in the crowd he was shouting "Rose!!! Rose" I made my way out an looked around for a security guard I found one "hey help me Luke brooks is in there you need to get him out he's going to get hurt" I shouted he came at once he fought his way through the crowd then got Luke and pulled him through Luke held onto me with dear life. when he got to me we had to be escorted to somewhere safe when we got into the safe place he hugged me tight like he never wanted to let go.

"Rose are you okay?"He said worriedly

"Yeah I'm fine are you okay?" I said about to cry.

"I'm fine I'm Morley Worried about you I'm used to what happened" he said holding me tighter the tears rolled down my cheeks I was scared for Luke and I panicked at the same time and I was in shock I think Luke heard me crying.

"Why are you crying Rose? " he said sitting down and sitting me in his lap.

"I was scared for you and I panicked and it's all just got to me" I said looking down he lifted my head moved my hair out of my face and wiped the tears away from my eyes with his hands I suddenly got butterflies we say in the safe room for about half an hour I was still on Luke's lap and he still had his arms around me so it was safe to go out but he had an escort we went into all the shops that I like .we went into one and I saw this skater skirt and I loved it was a light blue colour bit it was puffy and had this thin silky material on it, I walk straight towards it an Luke followed.

"This" I said Luke looked at me and smiled.

"It matches your blue eyes" he said with a smile.

"I'm going to go try it on, while I do can you find me another skirt and a couple of crop tops please?" I said flicking my hair behind my shoulder.

"Of course I am you fashion adviser" he said in that adorable French accent he smiled then walked off, I went to go find the dressing room but it took forever and I ended up bumping into Luke again I saw he had quite a lot of items in his hand.

"I thought you went to the dressing rooms?" he said with a laugh.

"I got lost" I said looking down. Finally we found the dressing rooms Luke handed me the things he picked up I went in the dressing room and Luke sat outside I heard him say "come out and show me when you're done" in the French accent ,first I tried on Skirt Luke found Wow I thought to myself as I looked in the mirror it was perfect and it was blue my favourite colour and I think it was Luke's to because all of the things he got was either blue or black but it was okay I mostly wore those colours anyway ,I walked out to show Luke.

Luke's POV

Wow she looked amazing, like really great I think my jaw was stuck ,my mouth wouldn't close she looked just wow...

"Do a twirl" I said with a big smile she twirled and wow did she look great or what. She went back into the changing room and she showed me all the things until she got to the blue one she found, she came out she had the skirt on and a light blue vest crop top on it had white lace on top of the blue .Wow she looked so cute and she wasn't skinny she had a little belly but not a big one she was perfect for me but she didn't want me she wanted Taylor and I had to get that into my head.

Rose's POV

I decided that I would buy the last outfit I tried on and the skirt Luke had got me and also I got some cute blue heals and some converse in blue.Soon after we went to a Jewellery store, we walked in I think Luke was a little overwhelmed by all the sparkly things he looked a little shocked. The first thing me and Luke done was walk over to the blue section it was beautiful everything glittered I went one way and Luke went the other I don't know why but I think he had something on his mind so I just left him to do whatever.I looked around but then I saw this beautiful necklace it was blue and white it was a pair of anchors one blue one white and it had little gems in them.I loved anchors and angel wings ,I loved this necklace and I was getting it the chain was real silver it was about 25 dollars but who cares it was so pretty I had to have it so I put it in my basket but then I saw some blue anchor earring and they were full of blue gems I had to have theses to I found some blue bracelets and I was done I went to go find Luke he was looking at the rings the engagement rings and promise rings.

"Hey lukeeeey" I said with a smile

"Hey beautiful" he said I felt my checks turn red, Great I was blushing and I think he noticed because his smile became massive ,his smile was beautiful. I think me and Luke are going to be great friends.

"What you looking at" I said with a slight song tone in my voice .

"Nothing" he said quickly "erm why don't you hit the next store and i'll catch you up" he said a little nervously.

"Okay" I said cheerily then I walked out of the store.

Luke's POV

I wanted to buy her something but I didn't know what and it had to mean something so if it costs it costs.Then I saw it sitting there sparkling bright it was a ring it had two little anchors on one blue and one white it was perfect and they were full of little diamonds and I think they were real because it did say real diamonds I went over to it and it said the insides of the ring has something calved into it and it say I love you ----- , it said that you could get the name put in so I immediately went and asked for it and it was the last anchor ring because there was only 2 made ever I asked for roses name to be calved in and they said come and collect it tomorrow so I agreed signed some papers then went to catch up with rose because I think she had finished so I guess it was time to leave.
