Chapter Four: New School

Haeun POV

I, Lee Haeun, am walking. For the first time in my life, I'm not receiving the luxurious treatment I was always getting. I am walking by myself to my school that is two miles away.

When I reached school, I was as sweaty as a cow. I could feel the heat and I could smell my body odor. It wasn't pleasant...

I first took some time to look at the school's entrance.

The school was one of the most beautiful school's in Korea. It had a grand opening with a sign stating, If you want to shine, come to Star High. There was also a beautiful garden with daisies and lilies. I was amazed. Although I used to go to a good school, it wasn't designed this well, and the school wasn't even air conditioned.

"Ewww... Who's that girl?"

"Ughh! I bet she came in through the scholarship program!"

"Let's leave! She's polluting the air as we speak!"

I heard all these murmurs and comments that disgusted me. I didn't feel beat down though. I continued walking into the school, trying to find the school office.

After searching for almost ten minutes, I still couldn't find it! This was going no where! Looks like I'll have to go ask someone...

Then, I spotted someone I knew! It was Luhan! I didn't know he came to this school!

*Flashback* 2 years ago

"Congratulations! You have passed the S.M Entertainment Audition!" The lady told me.

By the way, I didn't use my dad's identity to go in. I completely auditioned anonymously. I could sing and dance very well, probably because my parents let me go to lessons.

First Day at the Trainee Room:

"Hi everyone!" I said as I walked into the training room, "It's nice to meet you!"

Everyone took a look at me and they all started whispering...

"OMG, she's so pretty!"

"I'm so jealous!"

"Mannn... Now my chances of debuting are even lower!"

Then a boy came up to me and he welcomed me, "Hi, my name is Luhan. Welcome to the trainee room."

After that, he became my go-to guy whenever I was bored or if I had any dance moves I had trouble with understanding.

Anyways, throughout my stay at S.M, I became close friends with Luhan, a former trainee, and who is now in the boy group, EXO.

*Anyways, back to the present!*

"LUHAN!"

Luhan immediately ducked and tried to hide. I followed him.

"It's me! Lee Haeun!"

As if automatic, he stopped.

He turned around and looked at me, then asked, "Lee Haeun?"

"Oppa! I missed you so much!"

"Why does your face look like this?"

"Ohhh... Long story... I'll tell you later, okay?"

"Sure. What are you doing here?"

"I transfered here."

"Looking like that?"

"Yeah... Is anything wrong?"

Luhan looked at me and gave me that look.

"You know what will happen if you go into class looking like that?"
