Chapter 4 Gudbrand is In

The dark shadow lifts his hood and reveals his face. "Jamie? What are you doing here? And since when do you have that kickass blade?" Gudbrand asks. "Well I am a parttime reaper." When that last sentence dies out, a silence befalls the trio. You could hear a needle hit the ground. The girl starts to run. Jamie dissolves into the shadow and a black wave lashes to the girl. Suddenly he stands in front of the girl again. He grabs her head and looks into her eyes. Nothing happens. She looks terrified and punches Jamie in his stomach. She cries out in pain as her hand is severely broken. "Oh sorry forgot to remove my sunglasses. He tips his sunglasses onto his hair and stares into the girl's eyes. A green dot leaves her body and sinks into his eyes. Her body falls down. Gudbrand freezes. He leaps into motion and he lifts the hammer that appears into his hand. Jamie killed that girl! I don't know how but I will punish him. Gudbrand lifts the hammer and smacks it down onto Jamie. Jamie simply lifts his hand and stops the hammer. The sound it makes is so loud a nearby window breaks. Jamie's hand transforms into a bones like he is a skeleton when he catches the hammer. He grabs his scyhte and begins winding it along his body. Soon the scythe is a circle of death sliding trough the pavement. Gudbrand grabs his hammer and lifts it to the sky. Lightning strikes the hammer and he fires it to Jamie. Jamie again simply lifts his hand and catches the lightning. A tranquilility slides trough the streets. Gudbrand lowers his hammer. "What is happening Jamie? Why do i have this hammer? Isn't this Mjölnir?" "Welcome back Thor, the world needs you."

Wait what do you mean? I want answers man, I just came back from a party and now I am holding a hammer that belongs to a god? And didn't you just kill that girl? And why was that necessary?"

"She was sent here by Moratlus Immorta, to kill you so that I would need to wait another 16 years for you."

"Who are these Mortalus Immorta guys then?"

"Well, the Mortalus Immorta is an organization bound on killing the reapers. They want to take over our job and use it to make money. They will charge people money when they want to die. When someone dies, a reaper slows time and leads them trough a portal to the Realm of the Dead. Those green pools in my eyesockets are portals. That girl is now in the Realm. When you are in the Realm you get the oppertunity to return your soul into a newborn. You have been my soulfriend for about 1000 years now. You are also Thor in the flesh. This means that if a worldwide-threat like Mortalus Immorta are endangering the worlds normal order, a reaper can asks these souls to help him. Most gods don't want to help because there is a chance that your soul gets destroyed by another reaper. However, since I am here you will not get detroyed. My magic stops that. Now, let us go to my headquarters where you can meet the rest of the gang that I have gathered."

"So I guess I am helping then, But I don't know how I can summon lighting and I can't even beat you so how should I even hope to help in the long run?"
