Prologue; Down The Rabbit Hole

"What the fuck do you mean you're at a club?" The blue haired woman almost yells into the phone. Her clear blue eyes squint into the darkness, holding a very, very angry look.

"Look, I'm sorry, okay? Susan just asked me out of the blue and you know how I feel about her." Her friend, Harper, says in a whisper. "I'll make it up to you, I promise."

The blue haired woman shakes her head with a bitter sigh, "Fine. I'll walk an hour in the dark. I'll talk to you in the morning, Harper."

"Logan- don't be like that." She says with a small whine, "Don't be mad at me for trying to get with Susan. She's the only one who I-"

"It's okay. I'm not mad. Bye." She hangs up, angrily putting her phone into her pocket with a small growl.

Logan Lassiter glances at her surroundings, pulling her cardigan closer to her body and holding her umbrella tighter in her hand.

She isn't new to walking home- she did it often- but walking home at 1:35 AM is going to be a new feeling for the young adult.

She begins to walk, her footsteps thumping loudly against the parking lot as she navigates her way out of it.

Harper is never the one to trust on giving rides, or making plans with. Why did Logan even trust her enough for this? It's simple.

Quentin is busy working at his job, Janie is busy sleeping, and Troye is busy doing whatever Troye does. So, that left Harper, who chases anyone who shows affection like her life depended on it.

Not that Logan judged her for it. She actually loved hearing Harper's stories and adventures, but right now, she really wants to punch that girl in the face.

A bitter sigh escapes her lips again as she tugs her bag up her shoulder again. It's lot like she can blame Harper for this. It's her own damn fault for offering to help clean up the stupid play.

"Dumbass," She grumbles to herself, pulling her pony tail tighter.

She glances up at the street lamps, noticing a few flickering and few just shutting off all together. She shrugs it off, not really worrying about being in the dark.

She has her phone after all. Plus, the moon is bright tonight. And if someone tries to attack her, she'll whack them with her umbrella.

Logan picks up her pace a little, her pony tail swaying behind her. She starts walking even faster when she hears her stomach growling.

She hasn't eaten since lunch, which was a giant Redbull and some hot Cheetos. But, when you're broke, that's pretty much all you can afford.

She's in the middle of daydreaming of food when all the street lamps shut off. Not one, not two, every single one of them on the street shut off. Logan stands on the dark for a moment.

Then, she quickly grabs her phone and switches on the flashlight. She glances around before almost jogging down the street. The wind picks up a little, pushing her back as she tries her best to get the hell out of there.

She almost trips and drops her umbrella, but catches herself. She stops jogging. She whips her head around, becoming very confused.

She doesn't even know where she is anymore. She tighten her grip on her umbrella, her heart beat loudly thumping against her chest.

Then, over the sound of her heartbeat and breathing, she hears footsteps. Fast, rapid footsteps that sound like they're heading in her direction.

At first, she stays right where she is, frozen. Her phone rigid in her hand, her umbrella gripped tightly. She turns her head slowly, almost screaming when she's a shadow behind her.

So, the logical thing to do here is swing out and try to hit the thing with her umbrella. And you know what happens next? The shadow grabs the umbrella and throws it back at Logan's chest.

And she falls towards the ground with a little cry. She's bracing herself for the pain she will get from the ground. But... It's taking a lot longer.

Wind tugs at her hair, confusing her further. She peeks over her shoulder and she screams loudly. There's no ground behind her. She's literally falling down a black hole.

She waves her arms, her umbrella wildly slicing through the air. Her phone flew from hand and her bag fell from her shoulder.

How was she falling? Did she not see the giant hole behind her? Maybe she's imagining this.

But why would she? It's not like she did drugs or drank or hit her head.

The wind suddenly shifts causing her to tumble in the air before her back hits something hard. For a moment, all she sees are stars. But then she realizes she's actually seeing them.

She stares up at the night sky and the bright stars with a dazed sort of hum in her ears. She blinks hardly.

She has to get up.

She has to. But as her eyelids fall closed heavily, she knows that it's to late for her.

Author's Note;

Okay, so here's my new story. I'll give you a few heads up for it. Well, more than I already did.

One- I'm not going exactly from history. I mean, Logan will time travel during the Pirates' era, but I'm not going to put any important events. She'll go to the Revolutionary War, but nothing important will happen.

And since I'm a lazy writer, I'm not going to make them talk like they should in the time era that they are in. Like, with Arthur, he's going to be a very polite/moody pirate. He's not going to be all 'I'll fucking kill you' and junk.

Two- Logan is going to have romantic stuff with some of the countries. It's not going to be mainly based on one country because she's jumping from era to era.

And I know a lot of you hate love triangles. Personally, they aren't my favorite either, but I can't help writing them because I have hard time keeping my focus on one love interest. It happens in all my stories- besides my Supernatural ones, but I won't get into that.

Three- there's going to be a lot of cussing in here. A lot of unneeded conversations, a lot of slang (like bae, lit, yolo, rad, hella, etc) because I want to make Logan confusing to all the people in the past.

And four- I just wanted to tell you guys I will be getting some of my ideas from movies. I'm not going to copy from them. I'm just going to go from the scenes.

For example, in the Lone Ranger, there's a train scene that I might use. Well, just the train part. Not any of the dialogue. I hope you guys get what I'm throwing down.

And there will be a little inappropriate scenes in here, but not a lot because my friend reads this and I really don't want her to be uncomfortable.

So, that's it. I really hope you guys like this. I know all my other stories in the past are sort of stupid- and this one will be too, don't worry- but I'm going to try to make this one... Idk... A little more.. Mature?

Anyways, thanks for reading.
