Two; A Pirates' Life for Me

"Arthur?" Logan asks from the couch, "How come you haven't let me leave your quarters yet?"

It's nighttime now. She's been in the room for hours, drifting in and out. In between falling asleep, she talks to Arthur, who tells her about the New World and his history.

The pirate currently sits at his desk, not bothering to look up at her as he studies a map. "Because I don't want my men to see you just yet."

"Why not?" She questions further, tugging at her blue hair.

"Unfortunately, my men aren't as polite as me." He rolls up the map, sticking it into a drawer. He stands, stretching a little before grabbing his coat and putting it back on. "You'll meet them eventually."

He starts to walk towards the door, his pirate hat in his hand. Logan sits up in a hurry, "Where are you going?" She didn't mean to sound desperate. She just didn't want to be alone in the room.

"It's supper time. I'm going to eat with my crew and I'll bring you back something." He pulls his hat on, sending her on last smirk and walking out.

Logan sighs, rubbing her eyes and leaning back. She goes over things in her head. She's on a pirate ship, with legit pirates, she's so far from home, she's being protected by a somewhat cocky pirate, who is the captain.

She grabs her head, "I must be crazy."

She stands from the couch. She can't just sit here. Well, more like she didn't want to sit there. Arthur couldn't control her.

She wanted to see what a pirates' life is actually like and that's what she's going to do. She pulls back on the red coat and tightens her messy pony tail before walking out of the room bravely.

Outside is mostly empty when she looks out. A few men seem to be eating out there, but none seem to pay any attention to her. Well, that or they haven't seen her yet.

It wouldn't be long until they do. It's sort of hard not to notice the girl with blue hair. She carefully shuts the door, glancing before going the opposite way from the men.

She wants to talk to them, but seeing as she has blue hair and is some strange woman who ended up on the ship, she wouldn't know what to say.

Plus, they'd probably throw her overboard. She walks up some stairs, which leads where the steering wheel for the boat is.

Wait, it's not called steering wheel. She shakes her head, seeing the wheel without a driver. She tilts her head to the side, sort of confused on why it be like that. Did pirate ships have automatic?

She refrains herself from touching it. Knowing Logan, she would probably break it if she touched it. So, instead, she walks over to the little stairs behind it and sits.

It's colder than it was earlier. Stars stretched over the sky and the mood is full and bright. She stares up at them, a small smile on her lips. She's never seen the sky so pretty.

Well, where she lived, it's always cloudy and rainy- not that she complained. She really hated sunny weather, or when it's too hot.
