Chapter 17

Third person's POV

Minhee was holding onto her phone while she slept when her phone taehyunga ringtone started playing and her phone began to vibrate.

*buzz* *buzz* *buzz*

Minhee opened her eyes slowly, annoyed the noise that woke her up. She looked at the caller ID on her phone screen and sat up straight.

"Ye-yeobosaeyo?" she said still slightly half asleep.

"Minhee can you come out. I've made my decision."

"Well that was quick. You better hope you made the right choice Taehyung. What time is it?"

"Sorry did I wake you up?"

"Yes! Yes, You did!" Minhee yelled not trying to hide her tiredness.

"Sorry. It's just passed 8:05. I know it's kinda late so can I just meet you outside your house? I don't wanna do this over the phone."

"Whatever just get here in 5 mins and call me. I'll meet you out there." She said irritated.

"Actually I'm already out here so do you wanna come out?" Taehyung rubbed his neck and stared at the big gates before him.

"Ok I'll be there in a Sec." Minhee hung up and sprinted out of her room passing by Minho who was going up to talk to her.

"Yah odiega?!" Minho yelled from the hallway but Minhee was already on her way down the stairs.

The boys looked at her wondering why she was in such a rush but she was to fast for them to say anything.

"Where does that girl think she's going?" Tao said looking out the door filling Minhee's silhouette.

He followed her out while the rest of the boys stayed in.

"Min Gook ajussi have you seen Taehyung around?" she asked Min Gook the gate keeper.

"Yes I have. I invited him in instead of letting him loiter out there but he said you wouldn't like that so he's just out there."

"Kamsahamnida. I'll just be out there for a bit."

Min gook nodded and allowed her access outside.

Taehyung was leaning on the wall looking up at the night sky when Minhee came from behind the wall looking rushed but she tried to compose herself.

"So what's you're decision?" Minhee asked trying to sound smug with her arms crossed.

"As much as I want you to forgive and became friends again.....I don't think I can leave my group. They're like brother's to me and I don't want to betray or leave them. So can you come up with something else? Please" Taehyung pleaded.

"So you chose them over me?" Minhee said trying not to break out into a smile. Of course she felt sad that he chose them over her but she felt more proud that he kept his promise with them.

After Minhee questioned his decision Taehyung kind of regretted it. "Ye-yeah" he stuttered.

Tao snuck up behind the wall watching the whole scene but was speechless when he saw Minhee walk towards Taehyung and hugged him.

He wanted to walk up to her and ask what she was doing but he was only a friend to her. He'd given up on her a long time ago when Taehyung and Minhee started going out. Although he didn't feel jealous he felt angry because the guy who betrayed his bff were now in 'close terms'.
