Chapter 11 The IceWing Kingdom

Iris went outside to the desert and spread her wings so the sun could warm her NightWing under wings. Iris soon could feel Storm's warm scales beside her, Iris let her wings go to her sides so Storm couldn't see the stars on her under wings. What are we going to do with all of us and a SkyWing and a my sister and Storm...my love...... He may not even like me Iris thought while a tear rolled down her face soon disappearing in the sands of the desert. Storm put his wings around her, they were both looking in at the sunrise, soon they heard an awe and they both whipped their heads around to see the others watching them. They both separated and went back to the cave so then Iris and Gold could get ready to go hunting for something to eat, Storm insisted that he come since he could blend into the sand but Iris denied his offer. Iris and Gold were soon in the air heading to a stream with some fish and so they could get some water, "So how is it going with Storm, are you dating?" Gold giggled while searching the ground her any animals.
Iris hit her sister her with tail, "GOLD! FOR THE HUNDREDTH TIME. NO WE ARE NOT DATING!" Iris yelled making all the birds fly out of the trees since they had made there way to the forest.
Gold nearly fell out of the sky since Iris yelled so loud, Gold stayed silent the rest of the way to the stream. When they got there Iris grabbed her net out of her bag and she got about 20 fish and Gold got 5 bottles of water and they got a goat.
They soon they got. Back to the cave and everyone chatted and ate there food. Iris and Storm sat by each other talking about their adventures and how they met other dragons. Then Iris got up " Okay, everyone me and Storm have decided that we should find the rest of the dragonets of the prophecy.....but now we leave for the IceWing kingdom" Iris told everyone in the room while a fish hung from her mouth.
After everyone was done eating their food, they set off for the IceWing Kingdom. SandCloud had left to help the SandWings with rebuilding the town, so now it was only Iris, Storm, Gold and the SkyWing.
"So what's your name" Gold asked with a evil smirk on her face Iris knew what was going to happen I don't know much about Gold but I know that she can see a into the future and she loves to....prank other dragons.....oh no Iris thought while she looked at the SkyWing trying to read her mind okay you can do this Iris.....you an do this Iris thought. She hadn't read someone's mind since the Shadow Kingdom, and when she did it was for the queen. Uhhhhhhhh.... Should I tell them......well.....why not The SkyWings thoughts wondered, Iris was silent waiting for her to answer, "my name is Stormy" blurted, everyone was silent. Oh no...Stormy you messed up again, I'm an idiot Stormy thought scolding her self, Iris let her head drop so she could she the ground.
They had almost made it to the IceWing Kingdom, where they would find the prophecy Dragonet, Iris saw snow and shot her self to it. She landed in the cold blanket of snow her wings spread out letting her wings turn the color of Obsidian with like tips, she dug herself a hole to hide in if the were a storm, she knew that there were never snowstorms by the desert but she still did it. Iris was in her hole when Gold screamed then she walked out seeing IceWings attacking them, Iris froze in fear then she saw the others being captured, her scales turned black. Then the IceWings noticed her and then they ran over to her, she saw nothing but darkness.

(In Iris's dream)

Iris woke up in a black void, she looked around to find nothing but blackness. "Oh Iris, my baby girl" a nice voice said, Iris didn't know this voice but at the same time it felt like it was with her hole life, she knew that it hadn't but a spark of joy lit up in her heart. "Iris it's me, your mother, I love you so much my baby girl" the voice came with soft works that made Iris feel like the world was perfect with out war and blood are darkness. It felt like she had found her home again, but without sadness or darkness.
   A scream filled her ears then she was in the rainforest, she saw IceWings and RainWings dead on the ground. Tears filled her eyes and she searched the ground for any survivors, but she saw none. She looked around a bit more when she saw a RainWing on the ground with a crown made out of  flowers and diamond necklace she knew it was the queen. Iris ran to her side, she new it was her mother when she saw her face. Iris saw a NightWing beside her with tears in his eyes, she rushed to his side. She knew it was a dream but she had to try, she tried to get his attention, but when she tried to touch him she went right through him. Then she woke up.

I decided to make a long chapter since I haven't updated in a while, so this is the long chapter and I hope you guys liked it. School has been pulling me back from writing, so I ,made this chapter for you guys.
