"Clark!" Heather yells then running up to his bleeding body. Tears are forming in her eyes. She can't loose him, she can't. Especially since he's going to be the father of their child. She can't loose him now.

"Clark! Don't leave me, please." The tears fall, landing on Clark's dying face.

In the background, Oliver is taking care of Zod, pushing him into the void that he has created.

"That'll teach him a lesson." Oliver says under his breath as the void closes into nothing.

He turns around to see Heather sobbing over Clark's body. He rushes to them, throwing the green Kryptonite away and taking out the blade from his chest.

"He's going to regain consciousness, right?" Oliver asks, with the blade on his hand, dripping blood. He inspects it; it's a blue glowing blade which must be--he thought--another type of Kryptonite. "Since there's no Green Kryptonite, right?"

Heather doesn't answer, she continues sobbing while memories plays in her head from the past 2 years.

"Right?!" Oliver is about to cry, but he holds it in. He's not the type of person who cries in front of people; he must be tough and strong and let everybody know that good things will happen.

Heather sniffles. "I don't... Know..."

"We better bring him to Dr. Hamilton." Oliver picks up Clark's body, carrying him on his shoulder. They transport back into the Kowatche cave where Chloe is waiting.

"Took you long enough." She comments, then noticing who Oliver is carrying and her face changes.

"What happened?"

Heather, still sobbing, answers. "It was Zod. He did this!" Her voice, echoing in the tight surroundings.

"Chloe, I think you should call Dr. Hamilton." Oliver says, walking past her.

"Okay, take him to the car." Chloe takes out her phone, dialing Dr. Hamilton's number and following Oliver.

Arriving at the hospital, Dr. Hamilton is already waiting for them in the reception with a bag full of his equipment. He's tapping his foot, while waiting and checking his watch. He has a patient coming very soon, but he needs to help a friend. He can't decide which is more important.

The main door bursts open with Oliver carrying Clark in his Green Arrow attire.

"It's Green Arrow!" Everyone gasps and runs towards him. The guards automatically makes a barricade from the crowd.

Dr. Hamilton squeezes his way through the guards. "I don't think it's safe for him here." Dr. Hamilton says, leading them out.

"But we just wasted our time coming here!" Heather yells.

"I know, I'm sorry, but I think it's safer in the farm."

As they follow Dr. Hamilton, they enter the ambulance, laying him on the stretcher. Clark has stopped bleeding, and he has stopped breathing. Dr. Hamilton checks his wrist for a pulse.

"Chloe, drive the ambulance." Dr. Hamilton commands.

"What? I don't know how to drive it!"

"Oliver?"

"Yes, sir." Oliver mocks then jumps out of the ambulance and runs towards the driver's seat. The engine starts and suddenly, the ambulance is moving.

Dr. Hamilton can't feel any pulse.

"Heather, the defibrillator."

Heather automatically reacts, handing the defibrillator to Dr. Hamilton. He cuts open Clark's shirt and sets it up on his body. Turning it on, he rubs the defibrillator paddles together. "Clear!" He yells, then shocking Clark on his chest. His chest raises from the contact of the paddles, then falls. Dr. Hamilton repeats it twice, but there's no luck.

"I don't think anything human can save him." Dr. Hamilton says, looking at Heather. The ambulance stops and Oliver opens the back doors.

They still lay him on the stretcher, but brings him to the barn. Suddenly, a cool gust of air comes and then Milton Fine appears. He looks at everyone to signal that he's not going to cause any harm. Nobody in the group moves. He places a hand on Clark's chest and closes his eyes. A bright light appears on Fine and then everything shakes and a blinding light appears from Milton Fine. Everyone grabs a hold of each other for safety and then...

Everything is still and the bright light is gone. Everyone's eyes adjust then looking at Clark who is still laying on the stretcher. Heather walks towards him, afraid that Milton Fine might have done something. As she looks at his body, the wound on his chest is gone.

He's breathing! He's breathing! Heather smiles and Clark's eyes flutter open.

She can't help but cry with happiness.

"Oh my God, Clark!" She hugs him and he smiles. Everyone thought he was a goner for a while.

Soon enough, everyone surrounds him, giving him a hug.

"Don't you dare do that again, Clark!" Heather teases and he chuckles. For a good moment, their eyes lock with each other. And Heather drifts into this fantasy, like she always does when his green eyes are looking deep into hers. How she loves this moment. It's like Highschool all over again.

"Well, looks like my job here is done, I better leave." Dr. Hamilton says, packing up his bag.

Clark jumps off the stretcher, his chest all healed and looking like he was never injured.

"Dr. Hamilton stay for a while. At least let me thank you." Clark says, putting a hand on Hamilton's shoulder.

"Well, I don't think it's me you should thank." Hamilton nods at the entrance of the barn.

Clark looks at where he nodded and there stands Milton Fine. His black leather jacket and shirt with black pants to fit. He smirks at Clark but his face looks weary then super-speeds off.

Everyone looks at him like he has a duty to accomplish, but Clark stands there, dumbfounded. Out of all the people who could save him Milton Fine, the person who wanted General Zod to be released into Earth and take over, saved Clark. What has changed?
