"Clark, make sure that she doesn't do anything bad while I'm away." Heather says, walking towards the door. Clark is behind her, smiling. She turns around and sees his smile and she smiles herself. "Take care."
"Yes, ma'am." Clark replies, chuckling.
Heather reaches for the door-knob and opens the door, until she is suddenly pulled back into Clark's arms then lip-locking with him. She smiles in between their kiss and he chuckles. No matter how long they've been together, they will still be that cliche couple in High School.
They separate and locks eyes for a moment.
"I love you." Clark says, still gazing at her.
Heather smiles. "I love you, too."
After getting the groceries that is needed, Heather thought of taking a quick stop at the Talon to get some coffee. After all, this is one of the only time she is baby-free.
Entering the Talon, she can smell the sweet aroma of the café. Going to the barista, she notices something. To her right, there's a blonde girl, reading a book. She seems new in town. Of course, a small town like Smallville, you will see familiar faces everywhere. This one, though, is not one of them.
Heather sits down on the seat next to her. The girl notices her and smiles. Heather glances at what she is reading.
Time Keeper
"Interesting choice." Heather comments.
The girl looks at her and smiles. "Favorite author. I've read this book so many times, I lost count." She chuckles a bit.
"Are you new in town?" Heather asks, being the polite and welcoming person she is.
"Yeah, just moved a few days ago." She bookmarks her page and closes it. Seeing her do that, Heather can tell that the girl has a lot of time on her hands. If she chooses to close the book to talk to a person.
"Welcome to Smallville! I'm Heather." Heather reaches out a hand for a hand-shake.
"Adriana." She politely accepts.
"How are you liking it so far?"
"It's the town that I like. Small, quaint and not too many people." She looks around the Talon, inspecting it or some sort.
"Not much of a people person, are you?"
"Nope."
There is silence between them. Adriana looks at the back of her book. It seems like she doesn't want this conversation to stop. She seems to be making room for more chat.
"I'm having dinner soon with my husband. Would you like to join?"
"Oh, certainly!"
They smile at each other and slide off from the stool.

What could that dream mean? Chloe has been bugged about this since last night and she cannot get it out of her head.
"Chloe, you okay? You've been staring at that wall for what seems to be ages." Lois says, grabbing her hand bag from the counter.
Chloe snaps. "Huh? What? Oh, no, I'm fine."
Lois looks at her weirdly, but not worrying too much. She thinks that Chloe is thinking about that creepy ambulance guy from yesterday. I swear, if she's into him, she's into some weird guys.
"Anyway, if you need anything, call me." Lois says, walking out the door, her heels clicking as she walks. Another date with Gabriel, Chloe is guessing.
What Lois last said echoed in her head. Where did she hear that from again? The flashback of Davis comes into mind when he was scribbling down his number and giving it to her. She was sure she knew him from somewhere, but where?
Walking into the Metropolis Hospital, she looks around carefully for Davis. She reaches the front desk without knowing.
"How may I help you?" A woman with brown hair and hazel skin greets her.
"Um... I'm looking for Davis..." Chloe taps on the desk as the woman looks around for him.
"Over there." She points to Chloe's left. She turns her head and she sees him, tending to a patient.
"Thank you." Chloe smiles and leaves.
Chloe speed-walks towards him. He is greeted by surprise, seeing Chloe standing there, holding her hand bag.
"Excuse me one moment." He closes the curtains and looks at Chloe in the eyes.
"What's wrong?" He asks.
"Um..." Chloe is thinking of what to say. She knew what to say, but standing here looking at him in the eyes and slowly looking down at his clothes, her heart beats faster.
After a few seconds of silence, Chloe finally replies, "I've been getting nightmares..."
Davis glances around. "I'm sure that that's a normal thing to happen. We all get nightmares all the time."
"No, Davis, this dream is different. It seemed like it's going to happen soon. And I don't know--" Before finishing her sentence, Davis interrupts her.
"I think you're just paranoid about it. Just don't think about it too much and it will disappear." Davis flashes a smile of assurance to her before tending back to the patient. Leaving Chloe embarrassed in a room full of patients and nurses.

The door opens in the Kent House, Oliver and Clark is greeted by Heather and another woman. Oliver stares at her and she gives him a smile. Clark walks over to Heather and kisses her while the woman sets her bag on the couch.
"Clark this is Adriana and Adriana this is my husband, Clark." Heather introduces the two and they handshake.
While this is happening, Oliver is still staring at Adriana. She looks at him and he glances away, blushing a bit.
"Oh, and Oliver, this is Adriana." She walks over to him and they handshake.
"Nice to meet you." Oliver says, smiling at her.
"Well, I'll make dinner and you make yourself at home!" Heather makes her way to the kitchen. There's a knock on the front door. Clark walks towards the door and opens it. A delivery boy is on the front porch with what seems to be a cage for a dog.
The man hands him a letter and made him sign then leaves. Clark opens the letter and it reads.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kent and Kent Jr.,
I would like to thank both of you for everything that you've done to us. We don't know how to repay you, but this is what we have. Take good care. :)
Love,
Lex, Jodie and Hannah Luthor
A smile is planted on his face as he opens the cage door, revealing a golden retriever. The dog walks out and into the kitchen.
"What do we have here?" Heather exclaims once she sees the dog.
"What's his name?" Adriana asks, petting the dog.
Heather and Clark looks at each other. Heather smiles, indicating that he names the dog.
"Krypto."
