*Trisha's POV*
"Trishaaa get up! Move your ass here" I heard my best friend shout from downstairs. It was Saturday and both our parents were out of town so she stayed here over the weekend. I groaned and rolled out of my bed almost walking against the door when I got out of my room. I saw my best friend laying on the couch in the living room. How could she be so full of energy already?! I let myself fall next to her and closed my eyes. "Stop sleeping! Your birthday is on Thursday!!!" She whisper shouted in my ear. "So? Today is Saturday if you haven't noticed, you silly" I chuckled. "I know but I'm excited because this will be your best birthday everrrr!" she started dancing around and I shook my head in amusement. "It's gonna be like every other birthday I won't make a big deal because of that. I'm not going to have a party". "I know Trisha but it's still going to be great" she smirked at me and I let my had fall back. She walked into the kitchen and came back with food. We started eating and watching tv. In the back of my mind I kept wondering why she was so excited about my birthday.

The next days in school were just as boring as always. My friend and I went crazy in class and people who we don't like...well they were just there and we don't like them. But worst of all...my crush, Calum, who happened to be quite popular. I can understand that I mean he's hot and cute and nice and his eyes and haur and body are perfect and I don't know he's just wonderful. He's not a jerk like some others. Let's get back to what happened though. On Wednesday during lunchtime I was sitting at a table with my friends and he sat at the table right next to ours. However he looked at me. HE LOOKED AT ME! And then smiled. And I don't mean a oh-my-god-im-so-sorry-youre-not-popular-like-me smile. Like it was a real friendly smile. I smiled back and when I looked back at my friends they were all smirking and I almost let my head fall down into my food because I was slightly embarrassed by their reaction since Calum saw everything. He laughed and turned back to talk to his friends.
The night to my birthday I got a call from my best friend at exactly 12pm. She always wants to be the first to wish me a happy birthday which I think is kinda cute. After we talked for about half an hour I fell back asleep.
In the morning my parents set up breakfast and a few presents they got me while they were out of town. I unpacked everything and thanked them. Then I got ready and walked to school with my best friend who was already waiting for me in front of her house. She told me I'd get her present after school so I wouldn't have to carry it around all day. In school my friends and classmates whished me a happy birthday. I thanked everyone and the lessons started. Just before lunch I went to my locker to put my books back in and get the other ones out. I opened the locker and saw a beautiful bouquet of roses and a note inside. I smiled and took them out. I unfolded the note. It read:
Dear Trisha,
First of all happy birthday. I hope you enjoyed your day so far. I've been waiting to do this for a while now. So here goes nothing. Trisha, you are the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. You are funny and cute and I love the way you laugh. To me you are perfect and it would be an honor to me if you'd let me take you out on a date. You'd make me the happiest guy on this planet. I hope you can enjoy the rest of this day. Happy birthday.

I looked up. My heart was beating so fast and I smiled and I was probably blushing because my friend saw me and then hugged me and said :"See! I told you this would be the best birthday ever. Look at you! You look like a tomato". She started laughing and I hit her in the shoulder making her laugh even more. We made our way to our friends with her still laughing lightly and me still smiling like an idiot. I spotted Calum sitting with his friends. He looked at me and smiled again. This time he seemed so shy. It was adorable. He got up and walked towards us. "I'll be right back", I told my friends. "Hey", he smiled. "Hi", I smiled back and looked down on the floor so he wouldn't notice me blushing again. "Uhh so did...did you get my letter?", he stuttered. "Yeah it was nice, thank you", I smiled. "So..uhh..What do you think? W-would you.." "I'd love to go on a date with you, Calum", I chuckled. I breathed out in relieg and smiled. "I was so worried that you'd say no" "How could I say no", we both laughed and I gave him a small kiss on the cheek. "I'll uhh...I'll call you, okay?". I nodded and we walked back to our friends. My best friend was right. This is the best birthday ever.
Okay soo here's your imagine I really really hope you like it. And I know I said I won't continue with this book but thanks to Trisha I might write a bit more again. I won't update that often but I think I'll try to post again.
