With Jayson walking a good few feet ahead of us. I decided to follow closely behind Lyric. I had my left-hand grabbing an arrow
just in case one of the infected decided to jump out of nowhere.
We turned the corner and the sight we saw made me want to throw up whatever I had left in my stomach. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Lyric examine the mess. "This all looks like another Zombie killing spree. I mean look, all these lives were lost do to the infected." Lyric said looking around for any sign of identification from the people.
I walked up to one of the people turning him over. "Lyric oh my gosh I can't believe it's him." I dropped to my knees letting a few tears fall to the ground. Lyric ran right over to me. "Jade what's wrong?" Lyric said before dropping down to her knees crying her heart out. "Jade, I'm so sorry about losing Michael." Lyric said while holding my identical twin brother in her arms and muttering about how she never admitted how she feels about him. I felt numb knowing I'll never see my brother again. But I know for a fact that my pain is nothing compared to the pain of heartbreak that Lyric is going through.
I stood up and started noticing a note that was pinned to a knife on the wall. The note said:
This is just a warning. I'll do worse to you guys and make you regret ever messing with us again. For now I'll let you guys think you have won the battle. Even though the game has only just begun.
P.s Jade and Lyric you got two hours to leave. You have two options either one dismantle the bomb only if you find it or two leave. The clock is ticking.
