Chapter 29

Joe's pov

My phone started to ring. Danny? "Hey"I spoke on the phone, but instead Ross answered "Joe, please come here. I just found Danny on the floor and her heart is not beating! I was taken away by the demons. And when I finally came here she was here"he spoke on the phone, his voice was cracking and he was freaking the fuck out. I knew something was wrong, my sense were right.

"Matt, I have to go over to Danny's house"I said and he handed me the keys "could you buy ice cream when you comeback?"he asked and I nooded. I gave him a kiss and drove to over ro Danny. I hope she's is okay, cause Ross would flip if she actually dies.

I parked my car infront on the house and I ran inside, to see Ross with tears streaming down his face "she's not breathing!"he said. "Grab her and bring her to the bed."I said without hesitating. He grabbed her bridal style and took her upstairs.

I went to their room and started checking her heart. She was getting cold. "I need water and alcohol."I said and Ross ran to bring them. "Danny, wake up"I said and Ross ran in. I grabbed the water and threw it at her, than I opened her eyes to find them black, not the whole eye just what used to be brown is now black.

I poured alcohol in both her eyes and it started to burn. "What is wrong with her?"Ross asked "she is unconceous. This happened with me once"I said, which I almost die when it happend to me. "Ross, you have to be away for a week."I said and his eyes went wide "but I can't leave her like this!"he whinned and sobbed "I know, but you can't be here for a week."I stated again. "will she wake up?"he asked "yeah"I lied.

Danny's hair changed from brown curly hair to black, not dark brown, exactly black and wavy to straight hair. Her skin wasn't tanned no more, she was white. Her cheeks looked a bit more rose. Her eyes kept being black. "Why is she different?"he asked "this happens and it stays. Just like it happened to me."I said and he stroke her hair, he kissed her and then kissed her forehead "I love you"he whispered to her. It killed me to see him like this, I didn't want this love to end. Danny could really die in any minute and Ross would die too. He hugged me and told me to protect her. Then he left.

"Danny, I need you to wake up."I said tearing up. "You cannot die like this. You have to live, for Ross, your mom and your dad. Ross is gonna die if you die. Please wake up! Danny, we love you so much!"I sobbed as I held her hand. "You are strong, and you can do this. I know life is not worth living for, but there are so many things you haven't done. I can't lose my best friend. Ross can't lose the love of his life, we can't lose you!"I said and the room started shaking. She was so cold at the moment, that it was scary for me to think if she was dead.I sat by the couch and I fell asleep.

*3 hours later*

I woke up and Danny was still there. I got up and walked over to her "wake up, please"I whinned. She sat on the bed and took a deep breath. "Danny?"I called out but she didn't answer. Fuck. "Danny?"I called out again and she finally looked at me. "What happened?"she asked "you almost die"I said and I embraced her in a hug.

I swear she wasn't the same. She felt different. "I love you so much!"I said "I love you more!"she said back. There's Danny. I looked at her and I could see confusion in her eyes "where's Ross?"she asked "he has to be away for a week"I answered, but she showed no emotions. "Want to eat something?"I asked and she nooded.

We walked downstairs and I made her fried chicken with french fries. The whole time I was doing the food, she was silent. "Here ya go!"I said and she smiled "Thank you!"she cheered.

Even if she was like new... Like, her skin is white and her hair was black which made her look like someone else, she wasn't the same. The old Danny is gone. "Why don't we go shopping?"I asked "when I finish this, we will go"she smiled and I nodded. Ross will kill me, she is not the same.
