Tessa POV
I sit on the hospital bed lost for words how could he even leave me in here an know I'm dealing with all of this.
Looking up the doctor is looking at me with a sad face I just give him a smile an wave him off "your sure your okay?" He said leaning on the bed.
I nod "yea it's no big deal" my voice cracks at the end an my eyes start to water.
He rubs circles in the small of my back while I wipe my face, Jeremiah come busting into the room I snap my head up an mug him he runs his hand threw his hair an sighs.
"Get up we have to go"
"Why so you can just leave me somewhere"
"It's not like that but we have to go Tessa!"
"What ever" I mumble an hop off the hospital bed I walk towards the door an pull it as hard as I can shut but he catches it with his foot I roll my eyes an keep walking just to be snatched up an pulled into the boys restroom.
"There here an there waiting for us" my eyes widened with fear
"H-how are we gonna get outta here"
He looked around then walked to a window that had big black rusty bars on it.
"You grab two I grab two" I nodded an placed my hands firmly on the bars.
"On the count of three pull 1,2," he looked at me then back at the bars "3"
I pulled as hard as I could,the bars went flying off causing me to fall on the floor.
"You okay" he said while helping me up I just nodded an walked to the window trying to get it to open
Jeremiah went to the bathroom an two minutes later he came back with a lot of tissue wrapped around his fist, he walked to the window an punched the glass as hard as he could;causing it to shatter in a million pieces.
Someone slowly pushed the bathroom door open I saw the tip of a gun coming in first I sucked in a deep breath an looked at Jeremiah.
He started to push me out the door the guy came all the way in an spotted he began to shoot at us Jeremiah jumped threw the window an we ran into the little forest an far as not went.
"I can't go on any more" I cried out sweating like crazy an my legs where burning.
"We have too" he wheezed out holding his side.
"You don't understand! I want it all to end I can't do this anymore!" Fresh hot tears where streaming down my face like a endless waterfall.
"Why is everything about you all of a sudden have you ever gave a second to think about me your not the only one running from these crazy ass people!" His veins where popping out of the side of his neck he looked at me an continued yelling.
"If you left how do think I would feel!? Oh wait you don't give a damn!" I shook my head wiping away my tears.
Rustling came from the bushes we started limping as fast as we could deeper into the woods an came into view with an abandoned house.
Jeremiah started walking towards it "I-I'm not going in there who knows what's in there" he sighed an looked at me.
"We don't have a choice Tess"
I slowly walked towards the door then inside the house.
Men started to fill the woods we ran into the dirty house an into the basement we crawled under the stairs an pulled out boxes to cover us.
I closed my eyes an went to all the happy moments with Jeremiah.
Maybe this isn't really happening maybe I'm at home on my couch sleep an I just need to wake up.
I pinch my arm then slowly open my eyes......to still be in the dark........in the same position.......... next to Jeremiah.
Creaking came from the stairs from every step the person took.
The person had a flashlight an shined it at the boxes it shined right on my face then froze, the light moved an I heard the stairs creaking again.
I let out a sigh of relieve only for the boxes to be kicked to the ground an Killian starring at me an Jeremiah.
I looked over an Jeremiah was passed out on the ground.
I looked back up at him with frightened eyes.
