Evie's POV

I woke up, finding out that Ben was sleeping beside me.

"Ahhhhhhh!" I screamed, that woke him up.

"Why are you here?" I asked.

"It was already curfew when I was leaving your room, so I decided to sleep here." He said.
"You're so cute when you scream." He adds.

I blushed.

"Evie it's time for..." Lonnie said as she opened the door "Sorry if I disturbed you guys."

"Oh, it's nothing Lonnie." I said.

"Then why are you guys, you know, together at bed?" She asked.

"Because-" Ben covered my mouth with his hand

"Because when I was leaving her room last night, it was already curfew." Ben replied.

"Oh, okay." Lonnie said "Evie, get ready for the tourney try-out later, okay?"

"Sure!" I answered "I'll be there in 15 minutes."

"Great!" Lonnie muttered "Wear this."

She gave me a blue T-shirt that has my name, Evie.

"Bye Lovebirds! " She said as she waved goodbye.

"Okay." Ben said "Bye Princess!"

He kissed me in the cheek, I blushed a little bit.

"Bye Ben!" I said as he went outside.

I quickly dressed up, I wore the T-shirt and paired it with sweat pants and my favourite black sneakers,I put my hair in a bun, it's time.

I went outside, it was hot, wew.

"Hey Princess!" Jay called me "C'mon over here!"

I went to him, beside him was the tourney coach.

"Coach, this is Evie, my friend." Jay introduced me to the tourney coach "She's the daughter of the Evil Queen."

"Is she strong enough?" The coach asked.

"Yeah." Jay replied "She can run as fast as a cheetah."

"Okay, Princess." The coach said, challenging me "You'll be arm wrestling with Chad, Ben and Jay, got that?"

I nodded.

"Ben!" Jay called Ben.

"Bet you can't even win this game, princess." Jay smirked.

"Whatever." I groaned "Let's get started."

"Princess, I don't wanna hurt you, so I'll just lose on purpose." Ben mutters.

"Oh please." I said "Don't lose on purpose, I can do this, Ben. "

"Suite yourself." He said.

He was strong, yeah, but I won it.

"Not so princessy now, Benjamin." I smirked

"Whatever." He groaned "I did that on purpose so that my little princess wouldn't be hurt."

"Oh please, whining because you lost? That is so a hundred years ago." I replied.

"Competition's over, stop fighting, lovebirds." Jay broke the fight "Chad, your turn."

"Piece of cake." Chad smirked "A princess fighting a prince, I Don't think so."

"Whatever." I groaned.

He was strong like Ben, but yet again, I beat the boys!

"Not so princessy now, again, huh?" I smirked.

He rolled his eyes.

"Bitter King and Prince." I said.

"It's my turn now, be ready, you might break your bone with my muscles." He boasted, ugh.

"Let's get this over with." I muttered.

He was so strong, I almost gave up, but I won.

"I'm the Boss now." I smirked.

They rolled their eyes.

"Okay." Coach said "You're now a member of the tourney team, congratulations."

"That's it?" I asked "No fitness test or anything? No practice?"

"Well." Coach muttered "We don't do those, we'll practice tomorrow. "

"Oh okay." I replied, leaving the Bitter ones.
