Angie's P.O.V

They said I was here for a week. A WEEK! but how?
I looked around the room and see a man sat in the corner. German.
"GERMAN!" I rip the wires off me and through my arms around him.
"Oh I'm so happy your here!" My heart races.
"Um. Uh, nice to see you too?" He asks unsure.
"What are you talking about? Don't you know me?"
"Well, I saw you walk straight into that car but that was about it." His eyes carrying a secret.
"Car?" I don't understand any of this? What is he saying? "I thought you pulled me out of the way of it. Remember?" He lets out a small chuckle and smiles.
"Not what I recall. You walked straight into that car. Don't you remember?"
I sit down next to him and tilt my head.
"But I thoug- wait- how? You pulled me out the way, didn't you?"
"You don't remember?" He holds my hand as if I was a troubled girl.
"You accidentally walked into the road and a car hit you. I rushed to help and called the ambulance. They brought you here and you were out for hours."
What?!
"How? I don't know what you mean?"
"Are you sad because you missed your concert?" Missed my concert?! What is he on about.
"So you don't know who I am then" I start to tear up a bit and stare at my lap, realizing I have a hospital overall on. He doesn't answer and it's an awkward silence.
"You have just been dreaming" he says quickly.
"I, I don't know, I don't understand" My heart feels like it's been shot and It's silent for a minute.
"Angie." Hearing my name from him feels like a warm blanket covering my sadness.
"You know my name." My eyes brightening up.
"Well of course. It's not like I haven't heard you on tv or anything."
"Why are you here?" I ask changing the subject.
"Well I couldn't just leave you there with a piece of glass cutting through your stomach. You were basically bleeding to death."
So that's what the gut feeling was.
"You need to sit back down on the bed, you've just had a massive surgery" a look flashes in his eyes and there's something he's not telling me.
I look around and see a hospital bed; a heart rate screen and, a blood sachet.
I walk slowly to it and realize it was one of the wires that is ripped off. Someone was donating blood to me, but who.
"Who's is this?" I ask,
"Um, mine." It doesn't look like he wanted to share it with me but it had already gotten out.
"You?"
"Well yeh. You were dying, Angie, you'd lost 4 pints of blood in the past 2 hours- you were gonna die" I turn around and walk slowly to him.
"You saved me?"
"Yes." He looks at the floor.
"But why? You don't even know me?" He stands up and sighs.
"I know." I walk closer until we're face to face, our eyes meeting.
"But why?" He doesn't answer.
"Why!" He answers with a kiss. A slow passionate kiss.
"Because you did the same for me once."
"What?"
"I remember you, Angie. I was in a car crash 3 years ago. I was loosing blood. A lot of it. But you stopped and helped me. You were Just in the hospital, looking for your Grandma, until you stopped by the room I was in, and saw me. You didn't know me, yet you donated your blood, to save a mans life, and you didn't even know who he was."
A tear falls from my cheek onto the floor and all the memories come back to me.
This was why I knew his name. I visited his family after he had gotten out of hospital. I knew everyone of his family.
I was speechless.
"You probably don't remember me. But it's fate that's brought us here."
"I'm, I- I don't know what to say"
"Nothing. Just say nothing" he grabs my neck and kisses me.
"No." I say, "it's my turn"
I wrap my arms around his neck and pull him in. As we kiss, fireworks full of love explode's everywhere.
"I love you." I smile.
"I love you too" he said smiling back and hugging me tightly, as if he were never to let go.
