Gut feeling

I never sleep in the day. But here I am, waking up in Germans car; and to my astonishment, we are driving?
"Wake yet?" He smiles, making his eyes look dreamy.
"What happened?" I rub my eyes a bit and sit up so it doesn't look like I'm drunk.
"Vilu sent a picture to me on messages and it was blank. But it had the location of her so I've just searched it up in my-"
"Wait" I stop him for a moment then think, but suddenly my thought washes away and I just go with the flow again, not caring if I forgot.
"Don't worry. I forgot now" I shake my head and German continues.
"So we are on our way to wherever she is" a smile spreads wide on his face as if he were proud of his-self, as well as his daughter.

I haven't really checked to see where we're going because I'm too busy fighting the rather strange feeling in my stomach. It's changed now and it's like...well, like someone's tickling my gut with a knife.
German see's my uneasy face and places his hand on my thigh, making me look like a tomato.
"What's wrong? We are on our way to Vilu so everything's fine" I look towards him and take it all in.
"Sorry. It's just my stomach doesn't feel right at all."
"There's water her if you need it" he says, reaching for the bottle by the hand-break.
"Thank you" looking at the bottle was like looking at heaven. I took a large sip and gulped it down like I'd hadn't had water in months.
"Slow down there, don't choke" he chuckles.
"Sorry I'm just really thirsty" I gulped the rest down until the bottle was completely empty.
Expecting my throat to be moist, it felt like a desert. It didn't feel right at all.
The gut feeling comes in again and this time it kinda feels like pins and needles lingering through my system. But not like goosebumps. But the sort you get in your feet but instead In your stomach.
I really didn't know what to do with myself. Was I dying? Of course not! Had I caught a certain disease? Highly unlikely. But I just can't cope with the gut feeling.
