Is it the end?

Should I say it?... Oh wait. What am I thinking? Would he even care?

"I just want to say that I'm leaving next week" I said calmly.

"What?" he responded as his eyes widen.

"It's just, mom decided to live with my nan." I explained.

"Oh.... When will you come back?"

"I don't know yet, but we'll still come here for vacation anyway."

He did not answer but just bowed his head, looking at the ground. What's with him now?

"Hey, what's the matter?" I asked.

"Nothing"

"Oh c'mon, I thought we're friends? Or.... is it private?"

"No" he answered.

"Oh well, I guess I should get going now, it's getting dark." I said as I stood.

"The truth is..."

I stopped and turned "Yeah?"

- "go on, say it."

"I.... I'm sad if you'll go" he said softly.

"Awww. Me either. Don't worry, u have lots of friends anyway, and we can still message each other.." I smiled.

"I'm sad because you're leaving, yet I didn't get the chance to tell you how I feel towards you"

"Eh?" I asked surprisedly and continued "What do you mean?"

My heart suddenly beats very fast!

"Since the first day of school I already had my eyes on you. I even thought you'll never notice me. I'm so happy that I get the chance to talk to you." he explained.

"Wh..what about Niah?"

"What about her?" he asked.

"She's your girlfriend.. How can you say that to me?" I asked curiously.

"What? Niah's not my girlfriend. She's my best friend but I treat her as my sister." He remarked.

"Oh my.. I hate you!" I said as I begun to cry.

"Hey why are you crying? Don't you like me liking you?"

"It's not that! Don't you know how much I like you too? Gosh. All this time I'm hurting for nothing!" I said.

"What? What do you mean you're hurting?"

"Because I thought Niah's your girlfriend that's why I get jealous.."

He did not answer but just smiled massively and hugged me. Oh my gosh! I can't believe this day! I'm the happiest girl alive!

"Hmm. Hmm.. "

"Yeah? Is there anything wrong?" I asked.

"I..... I just wanna ask if.. I... do... Oh gosh, will you be my girlfriend?"

I did not answer but just screamed and hugged him.

Oh, my scream means yes! HAHAHA. I'll change what I said. I'm the happiest girl-with-a-boyfriend alive!!!!!!!!
