The band had a lot of gigs in that 1 month of summer. They become famous in Los Angeles until they got in Hollywood. Gerard wrote this song entitled “Helena”, which he got from his grand mom’s name, and it’s actually his song for the Granlady.
The famous lyric on that song is “So Long and Goodnight” that a creature like them never did. Mikey is the one who holds the bass guitar, Bob is the one that plays the drums, Ray is the lead guitarist, while frank is the rhythm guitarist and Gerard is the one who sings and write the songs. “Helena” is their best song and it’s so inspirational and very beautiful song, that song is the reason why they got in Hollywood by the help of James Martin, that Gerard met at some kind of bar in LA.
James is a manager of some not that popular singers and bands, James is a long haired guy and tall, he’s blonde and skinny, you can see in his attitude and physical approach that he’s a absolutely human being. The only thing that’s really interesting about James is his eyes. It has a different color, green on the right while light blue on the left. James is a mysterious guy too.
“Okay guys you’re invited at some show for tomorrow!” James said to the band while holding his hands together and rising his eye brows. “Really?” Frank said, “Yup Frankie! They love your song!” James proudly said while walking towards Frank, “I think we better practice now!” Ray said while cooking something at the kitchen, “This is awkward but I’m actually excited about that!”Gerard said and clapped hid hands once.
And so, James left them after they eat lunch they eat lunch they practiced inside their car garage, 2 cars can fit on there that’s why they con really practice well. Bob’s drums which is Gerard bought for him is in there too.
“I think we need to create another song” Mikey suggest to his brother. “Well I already wrote 3 songs but I haven’t put a tune on it yet.” Gerard said to Mikey. “We need to practice Helena first!” Frank suggested Gerard smiling while holding his white guitar where ‘PANSY’ is written on it, Gerard looked at Frank and smiled widely at him. “Sure Helena first” Gerard said while looking at all of them. Mikey saw Gerard’s smile, he noticed that he never saw it before since the Granlady died.
The next day, they got in the show and talked about things and stuff how they became so famous. And after the show Gerard saw that James is talking to someone until they got home. They celebrated their first time to feature on some kind of TV show. They become so drunk and all. and they all fall asleep after the celebration. James got home early but not that drunk.
After a week, Bob, Frank and Ray went into their own summer job -Though they’re popular they still need to earn money for their instruments. They became so ashamed because Gerard is the only one who bought them their own instruments-.
Gerard and Mikey are left in their house. Gerard is playing some kind of bouncing ball in his hand while Mikey is playing his bass guitar. “Hey Gee!” Mikey calls Gerard while playing some chords in his guitar. “Yeah?”, Gerard said still playing that ball on his hand, they had a minute of silence until Mikey spoke, “Are you happy with Frank?” he said without looking at Gerard. Gerard eye brows met each other and rise a bit while looking at Mikey, “I mean without me.” Mikey had a chance to look at Gerard they stared at each other until Gerard look away. “I still want to be with you, we’re having revenge at those dogs right?” Gerard said and started playing that ball again, “What if…….” Mikey paused and looked in to his guitar. “What?” Gerard asked. Mikey looked back seriously at Gerard, “What if Frank is one of those dogs?” He said.
Gerard look at Mikey, his eyes became devilish and his brows are meeting each other while Mikey started to be nervous.
“Don’t ever ask that question again, Mikey!!” Gerard said, gritting his teeth and fangs with each other. His eyes are really mad and his brows are still meeting each other. The ball that he’s playing before were squished so much, Mikey played his guitar again and it sounds horrible.
Mikey thinks that if Gerard knows what Frank really is, he don’t know what could ever happen.
“I can’t tell you the truth yet Gerard. How am I going to make this a ‘Happy Ending’?” Mikey said into his mind.
“Sorry Gee…. I just…” Mikey apologies when suddenly Gerard interrupted him.
“Just don’t ask that kind of question again. You now how I hate dogs right?” Gerard said.
“Yeah, I know sorry.” Mikey got closer at Gerard. “I know, you’re just worried about me and its okay.” Gerard said.
Mikey give Gerard a hug and cried, “I love you Gerard! I love you as my big brother!” Mikey said to Gerard while tears are falling down from his eyes. Gerard hugs him back and kept telling him to stop crying. “It’s okay Mikey, its okay!” Gerard told him. Until Frank and Bob got home and saw the brothers hugging each other
