Back in her apartment, Pierre watched Alice in the corner of his eye from the kitchen as Alice began cleaning around the place. He furrowed his brow and placed the knife down on the counter. Once she began to hum a little tune, Pierre shook his head and looked over at Alice.

"What's put you in a good mood?"

"Nothing in particular." She replied.

"You only go on a cleaning spree when you're really happy." He noted.

"Well, if you're so insistent," Alice chuckled. "I'm going on a second date tomorrow night."

Pierre raised his brow as Alice went back to cleaning.

"A second date? That seems pretty serious." He commented.

"It's not too serious. We're going to the bowling alley not far from here." She explained.

"Given your history..."

"Don't give me that look!" Alice huffed, seeing Pierre's eyes go wide as he pursed his lips and turned his face to the side.

"You must like him to go on a second date." He added.

"Would you be mad if I said I do?"

Pierre raised his brow at her seeing the sly smirk on her face.

"You know I wouldn't be mad. I'm just not used to you going on dates and especially with someone you like."

"Please don't start acting like a dad." Alice retorted.

"Oh, god never... but I can be a da-"

"I'm going to stop you right there," She put her hand up. "I don't need to know."

"Noted. Not one of your kinks." Pierre chuckled under his breath.

Alice rolled her eyes and laughed to herself as she went back to cleaning and Pierre went back to cooking their dinner.

The following day, Alice was changing for their date. She finished a bit early and decided to have a quick snack while Pierre and Cory ate their dinner.

"So, where will you be headed this afternoon with your date?" Cory asked.

"Bowling alley." Alice replied.

"That sounds like fun. Better than a fancy restaurant." Cory chuckled.

"Well, this date night is my idea. And I liked the restaurant. It was charming and romantic."
"I just hope you haven't found some student who'll end up being a drab." Pierre remarked.

"He isn't a drab! I like to say I attract people who like to have fun."

"Does he like to have fun?" Cory asked.

"This guy is a theatre kid. He's got a freaky side just yearning to come out."

Alice's phone then went off and she saw a text from Tom saying he was five minutes away.

"Um, I'm going to go wait outside. He's almost here." Alice spoke.

"Alright. Have fun!" Cory kissed her cheek.

"And get home safely." Pierre added.

"Of course."
She quickly made her way down the stairs, buttoning her coat as she approached the front door. She waited patiently for his car to arrive. Every few seconds, she kept checking her phone, expecting the five minutes to have gone by already. Shortly after, she saw a car turn the corner and she bit her lip, smiling brightly seeing that it was Tom's. He pulled up to the curb and before he could get out to greet her, she was already rushing to the passenger's side door.
