Tom and Alice froze hearing a student enter the room.
"Mr. Hiddleston, I have to talk to you." They spoke.
Tom cleared his throat and motioned to the seat in front of him. He quickly glanced down at Alice and she shrugged her shoulders, removing her hand from her pants.
The student looked around the room and furrowed his brow.
"Is Alice not here?"
"No," Tom replied quickly. "I sent her away on a task. She should be present for class. Now, what's this matter you wish to speak to me about?"
"Well, actually it's about her." The student replied.
Alice furrowed her brow and scoffed quietly, rolling her eyes. She knew exactly who this student was. They had always expressed a disliking towards her since the beginning of Shakespeare III.
"What is the problem?" Tom inquired.
"I've been trying to stay quiet about it but at this point, I had to say something," The student spoke. "I'm not happy with Alice as our assistant director."
Tom furrowed his brow and leaned forward at his desk, laying his elbows on it as he processed what the student had said. Before he could say anything, he felt his heart skip a beat feeling Alice wrap her mouth around him.
"Are you alright, Mr. Hiddleston?"
"I am, Mark. Why aren't you happy?" Tom retorted, trying to fight against every urge in his body to make any sound.
"I don't want to come off as being an asshole but I was expecting the position to go to me. You see, Mr. Hiddleston, I've been interested in directing for some time now. Almost every scene I've done in Shakespeare I and II that you assigned me, I've had to step in and direct as well because my other actors were clueless as to what to do."
Tom sucked in his lips and bit down on them, doing his best to listen to the student as Alice took him deeper into her mouth. She twisted and pumped the base of his cock as she bobbed her head, doing her best to stay as quiet as possible.
"Okay. Have you expressed this desire to me?" Tom asked.
He watched as Mark furrowed his brow and slumped down into his seat.
"I haven't." He sighed.
"I'm not a mind reader, Mark. If you had expressed it to me, I would have considered it."
"I didn't think I needed to. I thought you would have seen it in the work I did." Mark argued.
"Seen it? I mean no harm when I say this, but I have seen nothing remarkable in the choices you make on stage and during rehearsals. I've seen the work you've handed in and the notes you make, well, the notes you don't take. You'd much rather expect to be given an opportunity rather than work for it." Tom retorted calmly.
Alice couldn't hold back her laugh and Tom cleared his throat to mask it. He then wriggled his hips, trying to adjust himself in his seat.
"Mr. Hiddleston, I do my work! I do all the work you give us and it's a bit redundant don't you think?" Mark scoffed.
"If this is the profession you want to go into... I really do suggest you find something else." Tom told him.
"Listen, I get it. We all see it. Alice is your favorite but I don't think favoritism should qualify anyone, especially her, to get that position."
Tom felt his blood begin to boil and clenched his fists together as he glared daggers into Mark's eyes.
"I have listened to you and now it's time you listen to me, Mr. Henderson," Tom seethed. "I play no favorites here. If you'd like the truth into how I made my decision, it's because she expressed it to me, she's shown me that she can do the work, she takes my direction very well as opposed to you who can't even tell the difference between upstage and downstage, and she has shown an amazing command of the material and the language."
