Unacceptable (Jiper)

Chapter 9 Piper's POV

My palms were very sweaty. I was holding Jason's hand as he led me around the castle, giving me a tour before the ball. Just thinking about the ball gives me stress. There, Jason would lead me to his father so us three could talk. My dress had already been picked and Annabeth and Hazel are hanging out with some guards. Descriptive, aren't I? Jason and I went back to his room to rest our legs for a bit. After all, walking in golden sandals wasn't the most comfortable thing. I was wearing a feminine Greek dress lined with gold, my hair had been straightened and was accessorized with a gold band at the top. When Jason and I got to his room, I gingerly sat on the bed. Jason stood by his dresser adjusting his clothing. It was a blue and gold (I have a thing for gold lol-A/N) vest on top of a clean white, long sleeved button up shirt with black boots and pants (I know it's probably too modern but let's pretend they had that back then-A/N). Jason removed his vest and placed it on the table. He looked over at me and said:
"How are you feeling about tonight?"
"I don't know," I shrugged.
Jason laughed. "I know you're worried, but we will do it together."
He made his way over to me and sat down closely on the bed with me.
"Everything will be fine," he whispered in my ear as he firmly wrapped his arms around me. His breath tickled my ear.
He used his free hand to pull my face towards his until our foreheads were touching.
"I'll take care of everything," he said.
Jason gently placed his lips on Piper's. She wrapped her arms around his neck and deepened the kiss. Suddenly, the door swung open and with one second of realization that someone had opened the door, Piper jerked away from Jason. Jason turned around to see who had interrupted the two. It was Leo Valdez, his best friend who was standing in the doorway, smirking.
"I see that Prince Jason Grace is getting it on with his new girlfriend," Leo teased.
Jason blushed, "shut up Leo."
Piper and Jason were staring at Leo awkwardly, still in the same position: She was sitting on Jason with her arms resting on his shoulders and Jason's on her waist.
"Well I'll just make this quick so you two love birds can continue your session." Leo laughed.
"We weren't gonna do anything Leo!" Jason protested.
Piper just sat there in embarrassment.
"Okay okay," Leo sighed. "Your dad told me that you need to see him in private in one hour."
"Okay," Jason replied.
"Bye!" Leo said as he closed the door. "Enjoy your time!"
"So," Jason said as Leo left. "Wanna continue?"
Piper laughed. "Sure."
And with that, the two kissed passionately.
