I just sat on the bed, pondering about Piper. Her name was so familiar. Suddenly, he remembered.
Flashback----------------------------------------
It was a normal day at school. He hung out with his best friend and crush, Piper.
"Bet you can't catch me!" She taunted. "If you do, you get a kiss!"
So he chased her. And finally, in five very long minutes, he caught her. Four year old Piper giggled. She gave him a peck on the cheek and ran away to play with her friends that were girls.
The two were best friends for 4 years until the incident happened. She went up to him and slapped him that day of school.
"Your father is trying to marry my mother!" She screeched.
Personally Jason didn't want his father to marry her mother. They would become siblings. He didn't want to become siblings. He had a major crush on her. Luscious, chocolate brown hair, kaleidoscope eyes, a beautiful shade of bronze skin. Gorgeous. Her personality was exquisite and she was kind and funny. But she was very terrifying when she was angry. He saw Piper get angry at a bully and Jason was glad Jason was not that person. Today he was. She glared at him.
"Your father is a disgrace and if you are his child, you will certainly gain his traits. I'm sorry, but u cannot forgive your family."
Jason never saw her again after she said that. He never saw her for eight years.

That changed today, he saw the person he was crushing on when he was a child. She grew up to be more beautiful than he expected. He was in love with the a notorious girl. A gorgeous, notorious girl. The question was, was it really her?
For an eight year old, Piper sure is good with her words, huh?
