Days Are Numbered

Part Seven

It took nearly an hour to get to this place, when we got there; music was booming so loud it felt like the truck itself was moving. I looked to Kayla feeling a little bit nervous now.
Kayla sighed before exiting the truck, I followed after then look around I could smell the alcohol and body sprays from right where I was standing; I was going to a party that had famous people at. This was huge, and I swear I could pass out from this anxiety I was feeling.
I walked calmly at Kayla's side, Jayy was talking to Sally who soon disappeared when she spotted Jinxx's wife Sammi Doll and Jake's fiance Ella Cole; they were so pretty.. No, they were beautiful.
We followed Jayy around the bus until I spotted CC standing with Jinxx and talking to Ricky Olson, now I felt really shy, the guitarist of Motionless in White was at this party.
I looked to Kayla who seemed just as quiet and shy as I did.
CC glanced to where our trio was before grinning then held up a finger to the guys then walked over to us, oh god oh man oh god.
"Welcome to the party, I hope you girls are hungry; Danny just finished the last of the burgers." He said.
Jayy rose a brow. "You didn't mention this was going to be a cook out?" He questioned.
CC ran a hand through his hair before giving off an apologetic expression, "it was a last minute thing; Ashley wanted food while we threw the party. I sent you the text?" He said with slight confusion, I wanted to walk around and talk to these guys; but I was terrified to leave Jayy's side. I knew none of these guys would be straight up jerks, but me and Kayla weren't famous in any kind of way; so this was a bite over whelming being at this kind of party.
I took a step back to only bump into someone, I turned around quick.
"I am sorry!" I exclaimed hiding my face, I was turning into a wreck already.
"You're okay, I promise." I opened my eyes that only grew wide seeing Ronnie Radke standing there with a soft smile, I wanted to vanish; the lead singer of Falling In Reverse was here.
Ronnie looked at me then to Kayla with a raised brow, was he drunk?
"Where are your parents..?" He asked us.
Me and Kayla exchanged looks then looked at Ronnie.
"Their not here." I said.
Ronnie rose a brow frowning. "Are you here by yourself?" He asked.
I forgot, he was a dad; so he's going to get that parental instinct and want to ask all these questions.
Kayla shook her head frowning. "No, we're here with Jayy; CC invited us." She said
Ronnie frowned then looked around for either of the guys, he ran a hand through his hair before he motioned us to follow him; great..
I wanted to turn right around when he was walking toward Andy and Ashley who were sitting at the fire talking with other guys then broke into laughter from something someone said.
Ronnie walked us over here with his arms crossed.
"Andy, Ashley." He said.
Ashley glanced up from his glass that smelt like whiskey from where we were standing, Andy looked up next with a raised brow before noticing us.
"Are you the girls CC mentioned that was coming?" Andy asked before removing himself from his chair followed by Ashley.
I frowned but nodded.
Ashley took a long drink of his whiskey then looked at us. "How old are we ladies?" He asked.
"We're eighteen." Kayla told him.
Andy sighed softly. "CC did mention you two were underage, have you ever drank before?" He questioned.
I couldn't help but smile which caught Kayla's attention faster than anything who pinched the bridge of her nose.
"Haley is a alcoholic, she enjoys drinking an-
"Partying!" I said feeling a bite excited about this now, Ashley rose a brow before grinning softly.
"Nothin' wrong with a young party goer." He said with amusement.
Andy looked to us then managed a smile. "Don't go telling your friends you went to a adult party and hung out with weird men and women." He said.
"Friends? What friends?" I asked that earned a smile out of Andy before looking to Ronnie.
"Their fine daddy Ronnie, as long as they know their limits." He said.
Kayla sighed looking at Andy. "Haley doesn't know her limits until shes at a toilet dying." She said.
Ashley smirked softly, wrapping an arm around my shoulders he looked to Andy and Kayla.
"I found my new party girl then, excuse us while I go have a drink with our new friend here." He said before dragging me off.
Kayla looked to Andy who smiled softly. "I guess you're not much of a drinker?" He asked.
Kayla smiled softly shaking her head. "Not really, ever since Haley's eighteenth birthday; I haven't been interested in the idea of drinking ever since." She told him.
Andy nodded with a soft laugh. "Well, we do have soda's here too or waters; its a cook out so you can help yourself to anything." He said.
Kayla nodded with a smile. "Cool, thanks." She said.

I walked over to this cooler with Ashley who looked to me. "You seem like your the type who prefers the sweet over the sour or bitter stuff." He said.
I nodded looking at him.
Ashley grinned. "Ever try Mr. Happy before?" He asked.
I rose a brow. "Whats that..?" I questioned.
Ashley's eyes lit up with amusement before he passed me a bottle of red liquid, there was a smiley face on the bottle that read 'Mr.Happy' it was both sweet and sour. I looked at Ashley who was finishing the last of his whiskey then looked to me amused.
"Its not bitter, its pretty great." He told me.
I nodded popping the cap then took a sip, my eyes grew wide and in seconds the bottle was empty; it tasted amazingly good!
I watched as Ashley laughed softly before looking at me. "Was it that good?" He asked.
I licked my lips then nodded feeling pretty happy, he reached into the cooler then passed me another.
Three bottles down and I was leaning against the bus half awake; I lost Kayla and Ashley had to go to the bathroom. That seemed like an hour ago when he walked off, maybe he drank too much?
I looked around, fixing to move; my legs felt like spaghetti. I was falling but once again, was caught before I hit the ground.
"Drunk?" I heard CC ask, I laughed softly shaking my head. He helped me to my feet and I placed the bottle in his face. "You need to try this! Its really great." I exclaimed.
CC rose a brow looking at the half drank bottle; not arguing with me; he took the bottle then placed it on his lips taking a drink before grinning softly.
"Its good." He said handing it to me.
I nodded grinning, this drink can make you pretty happy; I am glad Ashley introduced it to me.

It felt like an hour later when me and CC decided to take a walk; we stopped at this pond then took a seat in the grass.  I felt tired and hungry.
CC glanced to me before smiling softly. "Having fun at the party?" He asked.
I grinned with a nod. "I've known known you guys for two days and it seems like we've known each other longer." I told him.
CC looked at me amused. "Are you going to be able to come tomorrow night?" He asked.
I rose a brow before nodding. "Yeah? I don't know why, but I don't get hang overs after drinking." I said.
CC nodded with a smile. "Good." He said.
I nodded before tensing hearing my stomach growl, which was loud enough for CC to laugh because he was falling over laughing then looked at me. "Hungry?" He asked.
I grew red before laughing softly with a nod. "Kind of?" I said
CC nodded grinning.
I smiled getting to my feet, again; my legs were feeling like spaghetti because I was falling frontward; tumbling onto CC who just laid there with a raised brow.
"Do you have a thing for falling?" He asked amused.
I felt heat rush to my cheeks before shrugging with a soft smile. "I obviously have a thing falling for you." I said.
CC smiled softly. "Obviously, how many times have you fallen for me now? Isn't this the third time?" He asked.
I grinned. "Keeping count are we?" I asked.
CC smiled. "Perhaps?" He said.
I shook my head, I didn't want to get off of him; I was comfortable. Which was weird to admit.
I sighed and before I knew it, lips were on mine; and not any lips. CC's; my eyes were wide, I didn't push him or anything. Oh no, I kissed back.

After our little pond scene, the two of us were walking back hand in hand fully amused and happy.
When we got back to the bus, everyone was at the fire; Kayla was drinking dr.pepper talking to Sammi, Ella and Sally; Juliet was sitting with Andy and Ashley who was drinking more whiskey.
I smiled softly feeling CC's hold on my hand tighten, this was seriously happening. I kissed CC, no he kissed me!
Kayla glanced up from her bag of chips and her eyes grew wide seeing us walking back, I didn't feel shy anymore; Ashley looked to us amused then grinned.
"Taking a romantic stroll are we?" He asked earning attention our way now.
I smiled softly as did CC who looked at him. "Perhaps?" He said.
Jake looked to us with a raised brow. "We were going to start up a search party, I'm sure the girls are tired?" He questioned, it was true I was tired; but I didn't want to leave CC. Not after the kiss..
Jayy removed himself from his chair with a stretch.
"We do have a long ass day tomorrow." He said, I pouted softly before looking at CC who sighed softly before managed a soft smile with a nod.
He walked me to the truck, when I got in; he leaned against the door looking at me.
"You look exhausted." He said.
I smiled softly looking back at him. "Just a bit." I confirmed.
CC smiled when Kayla, Sally an Jayy headed our way.
"I'll see you tomorrow, Haley.." He said before pressing his lips to my forehead then told the others night.
I grinned closing my eyes, Best.Night.Ever.
