Days Are Numbered

Part Ten

This was it, we were finally leaving Houston to go on tour with Black Veil Brides; Jayy and Kayla were a bit bummed they were having to be separated for a few hours. He offered that she ride with them but Ashley only started to pout about it, the guys were being children and it lead to Andy and Dahvie making the decision that Kayla would just ride with us; Ashley was a bit cheerful knowing he beat Jayy.

The ride was pretty long, we were in I believed was Mexico; we were heading to Las Vegas for a few nights then would continue the tour, I kept falling asleep slumped between CC and Jinxx while Kayla, Ashley and Jake played cards. Andy had to walk to the back of the bus to call Juliet, and Jon was the one driving the bus. I yawned softly, this all seemed so unreal; I no longer claimed it as a dream because I never woke up from pinching myself or so forth.
"Who wants to stop somewhere for a bite to eat?" Jon asked over his shoulder, I quite honestly liked Jon. He was funny and sweet plus easy to talk too.
"Hell yes, please just take us to the closest restaurant you see Jon!" Jake yelled from his cards, I smiled softly then glanced to Jinxx who hadn't removed his eyes from his phone since our last pit stop for a bathroom break.
"Talking to Sammi?" I asked in a quiet voice.
Jinxx glanced to me before smiling softly then nodded. "Yeah, we've only been married for two months and she's already mentioning children." He said.
I smiled softly leaning more on CC.
"Children sound nice.. Ronnie's daughter Willow must be spoiled to the core." I said earning Jinxx to chuckle softly.
"The man loves his daughter, she's his whole world." He said before jumping off the couch to answer his phone then walked off near the back.
I smiled softly then looked to CC. "What is your opinion on children?" I asked.
CC rose a brow, "well Haley. I have fans who are mostly children a-
"Okay wise guy, I mean how do you feel about babies and stuff a-
"Whoa, Haley; aren't we moving a bit too fast?" He asked grinning now which caused heat to rush to my cheeks.
"No! I mean, wh.. ugh!" I hid my face in the pillow from the embarrassment I was feeling.
"CC, when you see a baby how do you feel about them?" Kayla asked looking up from her cards.
CC looked at her with a raised brow. "I think their adorable little guys." He said.
I let out a loud groan causing the other guys to laugh from this moment.
Kayla smiled softly. "That's what your girlfriend was talking about." She told him.
CC looked to me even though I couldn't see him.
"My bad." He told me.
I rolled my eyes.
Andy walked out with a confused expression. "What did I miss?" He asked.
"Baby stuff." Jake answered.
"Yeah, no." Andy said before turning back around to vanish.

I sat back up, I could feel the heat still on my cheeks that died down from the kiss presented on my cheek by CC who smiled softly. "Sorry." He said.
I pouted but held a smile then nodded looking at him.

We ended up pulling in at Casa Ole, one of my favorite restaurants to ever eat at.
When we got out, the wind was blowing and it felt amazing out here; we were prepared for the attention when we walked inside.
CC's hand was already in mine, and Ashley pretty much stole Kayla's hand to look like he had someone to go in with. Andy and the other two just laughed when we entered the heavenly restaurant, a girl with dark brown hair and bright blue eyes grew red when she saw us walk in; right away I knew she was a fan. She kept smiling at Andy who looked to Jon, Jon looked at her.
"A table for eight please." He said to her, she nodded then walked us over to a table. Seconds later she was giving us our menus and asking what drinks we wanted.
I smiled softly, it felt good in here; not to mention smelt amazing and was making me more hungrier than I originally was.
It seemed like an hour later when our food was made to us. When my plate was placed in front of me, I grinned at the chicken wheels and fries; I still had my child perks.
"Holy cheese and sprinkles I'm starving!" I exclaimed throwing everyone off guard from the random announcement that had almost everyone on our side of the room laughing.
I didn't even care how embarrassing it was, I took my love for the chicken wheels very seriously. I grinned taking a drink of my tea then looked to Kayla who was picking at her salad, I frowned that caught Andy's attention who soon looked to Kayla with a raised brow.
"Something wrong?" He asked placing a chip in his mouth.
Kayla frowned before sighing softly, she removed herself from the table then walked off towards the exit but only stopped dead in her tracks with wide eyes, I raced after her but only stopped with wide eyes looking at the person who stood there with an confused expression looking at us.

"WHY ARE YOU GUYS JUST STANDING THERE IN THE DOOR WAY?" Ashley yelled from the table.
Kayla felt tears in her eyes before looking to me.
I looked at the man with a soft smile, I moved Kayla to the side while the man with somewhat messy yet short dark brown hair and brown eyes looked to us.
Kayla breathed out slowly as I grinned.
"Bro, it's Mark in the flesh." I told her.
