** CC's pov**

We were finally heading back to Texas, there was a personal yet serious reason on why; all of the guys knew about it, except for Haley.
I looked to her and Shay sitting on the floor of the bus watching videos, she seemed much better with emotion now that a girl was back on the bus; we could have always asked Sammi or one of the other girls to join us. Haley just seemed more interested in Shay, she did mention that she hasn't seen her in a very long time.. I was surprised to hear Andy telling Shay to grab her stuff, I would have never known our lives would fall into this; if I hadn't met Haley that day.. if she hadn't came to the party.. if we didn't kiss.. there is no telling how our relationship would be, she would probably be on Jayy's bus; what were the chances of Kayla meeting Mark then? Was all of this meant to happen? Were we fated to run into each other? To fall in love..? I looked to her laughing at something Ashley said and soon enough Shay was joining in.
I was in love with this girl..

"When we get to Texas, didn't CC mention he needed to go somewhere?" I looked up at the sound of my name, Andy was talking; I looked at him with a nod.
"Yeah, its a personal thing; I need to do this alone though." I said glancing to Haley who was looking at me confused and concerned, I looked at the guys who all nodded.
I removed myself from the couch then walked to the bunk, quiet foot steps were following behind me; I turned to Haley who had her cheeks puffed with a upset expression. Times and faces like these, are what make me think of a child not getting their way.
"Where are you going that you need to be alone?" Haley asked, I could sense the hurt in her voice; it made me feel worse but I knew it would be worth it in the end.
"I need to stop by this house, this guy needs to talk to me about something and didn't want no one else there because of these big dogs that are mean..." I lied through my teeth looking at her.
Haley sighed, running a hand through her hair, she lied back on bunk; her hands under her head frowning softly.
"I don't like you going off alone.. I get worried." She murmured.
I turned to her, laying next to her; I sighed with a soft smile. "Babe, it's going to be fine." I said with much reassurance.
Haley sat up and looked at me. "Promise?" She asked holding out her pinky.
I smiled softly at the childish side of her, I nodded wrapping my pinky around hers as she grinned before pressing her lips to mine.
"Good." She said.

It took nearly two hours to get to this house, I looked around; there were tons of dogs at this one ladies house and a few at the next house. I took out my phone to make sure this was the right place, I looked to the door that opened revealing a middle aged woman; she looked just like her daughter.. or was this another sister? No, Haley would of mentioned more than one sister.
She walked out of the house with a smile, her curly brown hair pulled back into a pony tail; she was wearing a blue shirt with blue jeans and black flip flops. She walked over to me with a warm smile, she held out her hand to shake mine.
"Hello Christian." She said.
I smiled softly, for the past few weeks; Haley's been skyping her parents and they were both growing accustomed to me and memorized my name.
"Hello Mrs.Stowe." I said.
"Just call me DD," She looked at me as I smile.
"Then please call me CC, no one calls me Christian and when they do; it sounds weird." I said with a laugh earning her to laugh softly.
"J is in the house, I know you mentioned you were going to come by when everyone came back to Texas; that reminds me.. where is Haley?" She asked looking around.
I looked at her. "She's in Tyler, I needed to speak with you and her dad in private; Haley will be here shortly." I told her.
DD tilted her head but nodded walking me into the house, it smelt like vanilla.
"Sorry, the house is kind of a mess; we're rearranging the kitchen." She told me.
I looked to the kitchen area before looking to the living room, a tall man stood before me and I knew this was her dad.
He smiled. "How ya doing?" He asked shaking my offered hand.
I smiled back, "I'm doing pretty okay sir, and you?" I asked.
J looked at me. "Hating this weather." He said.
I nodded in agreement. "It's been pretty bipolar." I told him.

I took a seat on the empty couch while her parents took a seat in their chairs, J looked to me turning the t.v. off.
"What did you need to talk to us about?" He asked me.
Here it goes..
I cleared my throat before folding my hands together in my lap.
"Its about Haley," I looked at them; they were paying full attention and that was a good thing.
J looked at me taking a drink of his mountain dew before putting it down.
"What about her?" He asked.
I looked at him, don't panic now about this; you rehearsed this shit for crying out loud.
"We've been dating for almost four months now.. Mr. and Mrs. Stowe, I am in love with your daughter Haley Deann Stowe and I do not believe I will find any other woman much like her; that day when we ran into each other at the phone store. I never believed in love at first sight, but with her I knew it was fate because I ended up falling in love with her the moment our eyes met... It's cheesy saying it like that, but its true. We have spent so much time together, we know everything there is to know and I never want to lose her, she means everything to me.." I looked at her parents, her mom looked like she was ready to cry and not stop, her dad on the other hand was sitting all the way up looking at me with a soft frown.
I looked at him. "With much respect sir, I am asking you to give me your blessings into marrying your daughter, who I will love and cherish every step of the way.." I told him.
Her mom's eyes were wide and tears were escaping, wasn't it the daughters thing to cry during moments like this? Oh wait, Haley isn't with me; dammit!
J removed himself from the chair then walked over to me.
"Stand up young man." He told me.
Without hesitating, I stood up looking at him.
Her dad looked at me, he frowned but forced a weak smile.
"You better make me one proud father n law." He told me as my eyes widened.

When Haley arrived at her house with Shay and Jinxx, me and her parents promised none of us would spoil this surprise; her mother had to hide in the bathroom during most of the visit.
After the visit and approval from her dad.
We made a trip to the beach, yes; this was very cheesy.
The others were all playing in either the sand or water while me and Haley walked the beach line, her hand in mine as she smiled softly as the waves hit us.
"Haley." I began, my free hand was in my pocket where the ring was.
"Yes CC?" She questioned looking at the crystal white sand.
I stopped walking with her hand in mine.
I turned to Haley, the guys and Shay were quietly and slowly walking over to us understanding the plan.
She looked at me with a raised brow. "What is it?" She asked.
I smiled softly. "Haley, from the long three months we've been together; I keep realizing how I keep falling more and more in love with you and how I know my life would be meaningless without you in in.. that's why.." I looked into her eyes as I knelt to one knee, her eyes widened; her hands covered her mouth as she stepped back in shock when I pulled out the ring.
"I'm asking you to marry me in a non concert way." I said grinning.
Haley had tears falling, yes. That made more sense to me.
"Ye- ahhh!" She screamed when a large wave hit us knocking us down, we sat in the water for a moment in total silence; we were soaked.
I looked to Haley with a smile. "Was that a yes? Or what was that?" I asked with a laugh.
Haley rolled her eyes with a smile. "I was going to say yes until the wave hit me." She said.
I laughed helping her to her feet before sliding the ring onto her ring finger.
She smiled brightly before leaning up on her tippy toes, her arms wrapped around my neck as her lips pressed to mine.
"Yes Christian Coma, I will happily marry you." She told me.
I smiled pressing my lips back to hers. "I am happy to hear that, future Mrs.Coma." I said grinning.
Haley grinned before hugging me and there was cheering all around us.
This was love.
