(Y/N) woke up to darkness and a musty smell. The floor was cold, hard and it was completely dark. She sat up and felt the floor move skyward. (Y/N) stood up shakily as the realisation of the situation took affect on her. She couldn't remember anything. Not even her own name. (Y/N) pondered about her mind as swept the perimeter of the space she was in. Suddenly (Y/N) came to her mind. "(Y/N), that's my name." She said to herself.
When (Y/N) had walked around, running her hand along the thick wire walls she came to the conclusion that she was in a box. (Y/N) was trying to keep calm. But couldn't help the panic that poisoned her mind. It wasn't the confined space that made her feel this way, she quite liked the small space. It was where this box was taking her to or if she will be harmed when she did eventually get out that made her uneasy. (Y/N) slid down the wall into a corner and hugged her knees, waiting. The strong wire box lurched and stopped moving after about half an hour. (Y/N) waited in silence, scared and anxious. She backed even further into the corner. As much as she could. Noises came from above her, they sounded like voices. (Y/N) couldn't figure out what they were saying but still tried to hide in fear. "Shut your trap you shank!" A male voice boomed, authority swimming in his words.
(Y/N) looked up as what must have been doors creaked open above her. "Holy Grievers!" A voice said, again it was male.Faces lined the edge of the doors. All of them were boys, teenagers. They were all different races, sizes and ages. A tall, muscular boy with dirty blonde hair jumped down into the box, making it shake. (Y/N) got a fright am shot up from her corner, searching for a way out other than the doors above. Nothing. She turned to the wall behind her and jumped up, clinging onto the side and using her legs to push her up and out of that dreadful box. "Where are you goin' Greenie?" The boy from the box said.
(Y/N) ignored him and stumbled out of the box. She looked slowly turned in a circle, trying to figure out where she is. They were surrounded by 100 ft walls, forming a square. Each with a split down the middle, again, making doors. All the boy surrounded (Y/N) and bombarded her with comments;"I got dibs!"
"Is she hot?"
"She'd make a good slopper!"She couldn't take it anymore and pushed her way through the crowd and then took off into a sprint towards the nearest opening. (Y/N)'s feet flew through the long, green grass. She liked the sound of her feet pounding on the ground, Thump, Thump, Thump. (Y/N) was merely a meter away from the stone door when she harshly tackled to the ground. "Get off me!!!" She screamed as she she wriggled and thrashed to get away. "Hey! We aren't going to hurt you! Trust me you will get killed if you go there. Just please stop squirming!" The boy said softly, it was the boy from the box.
(Y/N) looked at his face but kept wriggling. His brown eyes were warm and welcoming. "No, you're just saying that so you can kill me easier! Please! Let me go! Get off!!!!" She continued to scream, tears rolling down her cheeks and into her hair.
The boy had pinned her arms either side of her head and was sitting on her legs, she couldn't escape.
"We don't want to hurt you ok?" He said calmly, "I swear on my life, just please calm down, I don't want you getting hurt."
The boys British accent felt familiar, like she knew him before. He gave (Y/N) a feeling inside her chest that was warm, he was a friend. (Y/N) nodded, her breathing slowing down. "What's your name?" He asked, nicely.
"(Y/N)." She said so quietly, she thought he didn't hear.
The blonde boy slowly got off (Y/N)'s legs and let go of her arms. He knelt beside her. "I'm Newt," He motioned behind him to a dark skinned boy, "And this is Alby."(Y/N) didn't dare move, they may try to hurt her, even though they looked like they weren't. She was shaking, and couldn't stop. "You can get up you know?" Alby said, holding out his hand.
(Y/N) shook her head and rolled onto her side, away from , suddenly feeling very ill. "You okay Greenie?" Newt said, putting a hand on her shoulder.
She flinched when he did this as more tears ran down her face, "That's not my name!" She spat coldly.
"What's wrong?" Newt asked, ignoring what she had just said.
"Not.... feeling....go-" (Y/N) was interrupted by her stomach emptying itself onto the grass beside her.
"Ugh." Alby and Newt said in unison.
"S- sorry." (Y/N) apologized, still curled in a ball.
"Come on, we'll get you to the Med-jacks." Newt helped (Y/N) up and walked her across a plane, into a large hut."What's a Med-Jack?" She asked politely.
"They are like doctors. They help us when we are hurt or sick." He explained."Clint?" Newt called as they walked through the door, "Do you have anything for a stomach ache?"
A head popped round the corner, that must be Clint. "This must be our new Greenie?!"
He came around the corner and skimmed a large bookshelf full of bottles. "A girl?"
"Maybe the creators decided to switch things up?" Newt guessed.Clint picked up a bottle with some pills inside. It read;
To cure stomach aches and vomiting
Take two or as needed. No more than 2 pills per 3 hours.Chewable.
"Here we go, take two of these." Clint said, handing the bottle to (Y/N).
"Thanks.. Clint?" She wasn't sure if he was Clint or not.Clint nodded, "Yep, that's me!"
(Y/N) chewed the pills and looked at Newt, who had taken a seat opposite her. "Newt?""Yeah?" He asked.
"Are there any other girls here?" (Y/N) was hoping there was at least one other girl that she can talk to."No, sorry, you're the first girl we've ever had." Newt explained.
(Y/N) slumped in her seat. "This is going to be tough then, I have no one to talk to if I have a certain problem or need advice."
"I don't know what you mean?" Newt was obviously confused.
"I mean if I have girl problems or can't cope with anything I don't have anyone I can relate to." She explained.
"Oh, you can try talking to me. I might not be any help though." He offered.
"Thanks." (Y/N) said.
