Katniss' P.O.V
It's been almost a year since the war ended and I think it's early spring because there is more and more sunlight coming from my window every time I'm bothered to look at it.
My days fly past like this: I woke up early from my sleepless nights. I lie in my bed for few hours untill Greasy Sae comes to my house and brings lunch. (she also brings breakfast but I can't eat it)
(I still try to eat few spoonfuls.) After that I usually go sit in my couch crying over everything and everyone. And when the night comes I'm scared to go sleep because I know my nightmares will woke me up couple hours later.
Recently I'm sitting on the couch. Sae just left. I try to take a nap but apparently someone knocks on my door. I don't bother to go open it so I just say "it's open, come in" on my awful hoarse voice. I don't care who it is. I don't even care if it's some murder who wants to kill me. Because anyway it won't be Prim or dad, or Peeta because he's in Capitol for after the hijacking thing.
The door opens wide open and inside walks somewhat sober Haymitch. I'm pretty surprised, so I ask "what are you doing here? I though your little bottle friends would be more interesting than me?"
"Well good morning to you too sweetheart" He says somewhat sarcastically "But no, I actually didn't come here for you"
