Soon after Whitney was asleep on the Doctors arm from watching his show. He silently got up and made his way from the room. She wasn't human he knew that. She wasn't from here. He was ecstatic to know who she was.
He walked upstairs back to her room and pulled out the briefcase again. Something was drawing himself to it. Whatever was in that it had to've been important. Maybe it could tell him why he was drawn to close to Whitney. Although he knew what she was it still questioned him why she was always in his mind. And why he was in hers. Rolo made his way back upstairs and jumped on Whitney's bed. He whined.
"I know, I think there's something in there though," The Doctor had speaker many languages, yes, many people knew of this. But nobody knew he could speak dog. Rolo barked at him.
"Look, I'm just trying to help her, you know she isn't human. And you know those things are after her. I'm trying to save her!" He whispered shouted at the dog. The dog pouted.
"I'm sorry I shouted, I'm just really- hold on," he said getting up. There was a four digit password on the lock. Maybe, in the numbers when you text someone would spell out seer. He quickly ran downstairs to the dinnin room to see Whitney's phone.
The Doctor was so on it he wouldn't stop now. He was close he could taste it. This might tell him why she was so close. He ran back up to her room and took a deep breath. The dog whined.
"I hope this works too," he breathed in deep again. He opened the phone to messaging and opened a new message. '7337' he quietly turned the buttons on the brief case to those numbers. He got to the last 7 and turned it. It opened. He smiled and looked at the dog.
"It's opened!" He grinned. He opened it more to see many papers. He scattered through them. He put on his spectacles and began to read.
Headlines of 'girl accused of being shot in the middle of broad street, but didn't die?'. 'Girl glows and disappeared after being stabbed through the heart'. 'Women ran over, dead for 5 minutes, glowed and disappeared. Replaced by a little girl'. That one got him. The picture was a young girl that looked like Whitney. He scattered through more to find a watch. Not only a watch. But a fob watch. The Doctors cheeks were wet for an odd reason. He knew Whitney wasn't normal. She was special. But that's not why the Doctor was crying. He was crying of happiness. He wasn't the only one left.
He jumped in the air and spun. He was so happy he couldn't explain it. Just now he had to get Whitney to open the watch. He knew she was one of his kind but he was still happy he had his evidence. He couldn't stop smiling. He thought he was the last. He couldn't get over it.
He held the watch in his hand and ran to his room. Whitney wouldn't mind a other night if he used her dads pjs. He would wake her in a few minutes not to tell her about the watch but to tell her to go to bed, being the father like man he sorta was. He wanted to look after Whitney, after all she was very special to him and he didn't want to let her go. He still couldn't stop grinning. He put on one of her dads pair of plaid long pj bottoms and left his shirt off. He was starting to burn up he was dancing, jumping, and walking around so much.
With Whitney, at the moment. She wasn't sleeping. She wasn't dreaming. She was having another visions but with her eyes closed. She saw The Doctor placing something in her hand. Whitney freaked out a little. The Doctor had one of his serious faces on as she looked to her hand and saw what it was. But she couldn't. Her vision was cloudy. The Doctor looked very pleased though.
The Doctor slowly made his way downstairs to Whitney. He smiled at her.
"Whitney?" He said softly. He shook her a little as she opened her eyes breathing hard.
"Oh it's only you," she sighed of relief.
"Ya, um, you go get some sleep and tomorrow, I have some brilliant news for you!" He smiled as she gave him a face and rolled off the couch.
"What time is it?" She mumbled rubbing her eyes.
"It's just eleven o'clock," he grinned.
"Fantastic," she said sarcastically. Whitney wasn't a afternoon person. She just wanted to sleep. She quickly ran upstairs to her room and got on her pjs.
The doctor still smiling ran to his room. Sadly before he got into bed he didn't notice the shadows around the house. They were coming. And not for a good thing.
