Killian's POV:
I had been late to Emma's birthday party then I get a text from her parents telling me that Emma had run off.
"Bloody hell!" I spat taking off through the trees, Emma's present still clutched in my hand.
Then she came into view she was sitting on the cliff legs dangling.
"Swan! " I yelled and she jumped sliding off the cliff. Swiftly I raced forward and grabbed her wrist and pulled her up.
"Are you alright swan?" I asked sincerely and she nodded slowly looking a little shaken.
"Why'd you leave your party swan?" I asked her and tears filled her eyes.
"My... They...uh Killian why do they want to celebrate my birthday?" She asked voice quivering and I swiftly took her hand.
"Let's go back and find out." I told her wrapping my arm around her waist as I pulled her back to Granny's.
