"Have I mentioned how much I adore Tucker? I have the world's BEST brother!", I yelled to the world. Lukas watched me and laughed. We were in his 1957 Starmist Blue Ford Thunderbird on our way to a mash up concert of almost every one of my favorite artists! Tucker was the best! I couldn't believe that he had gotten Lukas and I tickets! I was so excited!

"Calm down, Hev! You're gonna pee your pants if you keep that up!", Lukas shouted over my cheerful shrieks and giggles.

I smiled and smoothed out my long red-brown hair. I growled and threw it up in a quick messy ponytail. Huffing, I sat back and crossed my arms. My hair was seriously getting on my nerves! I was having a bad hair day on the WORST day! I tugged at my purple suede heel boots and nervously picked at my shirt.

It was a shirt that I had made specifically for the event. I designed shirts for the radio's booth. Whenever they appear at a concert or at an event, I designed a shirt. This time it was a black T-shirt with a mash picture of all the bands and singers that were going to be there. There were several big names and I was definatly thrilled to be able to see them all.

I jumped as I heard my phone blaring Avril Lavigne's 'What The Hell'. I picked it up and glanced at the Caller ID. It was Tucker. I hit the answer button and chipperly answered, "Hey Tuck! What's up?"

Laughing heartily, Tucker replied, "Not much little sister, just waiting for you to get here. I have a surprise for you! Did you bring your camera?"

I nodded until I realized he couldn't see me and laughed, "Yupp! I'd never leave home without it!"

"Good. The radio is willing to offer you top dollar for some good pictures of the bands and singers for the website. You have a special spot in the section of stands. Do you accept the challenge?"

"Don't I always, Tuck? You know I love a good challenge. I'm on it!"

"I'll be sure to let them know. Do a good job, girl. I don't want to be 'shamed of you!", and with that, Tuck hung up.

I smiled to myself. Gotta love Tuck! I thought.

"So? What'd Mr. Tucker have to say?!", Lukas asked nosily.

"Guess who's getting paid for pictures of tonight's affair and guess who else gets to sit in the special section?!", I said eagarly.

Lukas hollered and whooped, "No way?! Us!?". I just nodded and smiled. I loved seeing Lukas so worked up over something over than sports. As we pulled into a parking space at the Annex, I did the final touch ups and exited the car.

We walked up, hand in hand, to the booth. Holding hands was such a normal thing for us, I had never even realized how much I enjoyed it. It made tingles run up and down my spine. Tucker met us at the gates and led us backstage, introducing us to all of the bands and singers. I got several pictures and I was pleasently surprised at how sweet some of the people were.

As Lukas and I made our way to the 'special stands', I felt a hand grab my shoulder. It was already hot, sweaty, and crowded. I thought nothing of it until the person spun me around and vilolently mashed him lips to mine. I was too surprised to react at first, then I felt Lukas shove the guy off of me.

"Who do you think you are?!", Lukas yelled at the guy. He punched him straight in the face, sending him to the ground. Lukas wrapped an arm around my waist and escorted me to the stands. I sat down, mortifed. I wiped off the guy's spit and ran my hands through my hair.My first kiss.. Wow. That was nothing like I hoping for..

I looked up at Lukas, hopelessness filling my eyes. "LuLu.." I whispered, "That was my first kiss.. My first kiss.. Ruined.". I sniffled and then started to cry quietly. When I felt Luka's hands under my chin, I thought nothing of it. I figured he was just raising my face so he could look me in the eyes. Then I felt his warm, soft lips meet mine. The strong, sweet, burning taste of cinnamon met my lips and I felt my last few tears fall onto his cheeks.

When he pulled away, I laid my head on his chest. "Lukas. I love you..", I said softly.

He nodded, "I know." He just wrapped his arms around me, pulling me into his lap, and we stayed that way until the concert ended. Lukas carried me out to his car and gently sat me in the passenger's seat, buckling me in.

We rode in silence. I wanted so desperatly for him to say something. But that something never came. He pulled up in front of Tucker's house and jumped out of the car. He grabbed my overnight bag from the back and carried me up to the door. I was confused. I usually stayed with Lukas during the week because Tucker was working the night shift. They both agreed that it was bad to leave me alone for that long at that time of day.

"LuLu? What's going on?", I asked quietly. He gently pushed my overnight bag into my arms and simply walked off. He got into his Thunderbird and drove off. I stood there, watching until I could no longer see him.

I unlocked the door and shuffled in. Throwing my stuff on the kitchen table, I spotted a note on the fridge:

"Hev,

Lukas said you weren't feeling good and that he was bringing you home.

Food in the fridge. Tylenol and meds in the cabinent.

Your bed is made up.

Love,

Tuck"

What? What was going on? I felt fine! Why did Lukas lie to Tucker? More importantly, WHEN did he tell Tucker that?
