Wasting All These Tears

I just had Cassadee Aaliyah Allen, and she is beautiful. We start shooting our own TV show next week, and we still have to continue to do PLL in 2 weeks. Thank goodness for that 2-week break, though. So my life is pretty hectic. But that's fine, because everyone's nice to you after you give birth. Keegan and I are getting ready to go home, to our 5,000 square foot house that we bought a couple months ago. It has 20 rooms, and plenty for if we want to have more kids. But Keegan would never go for it. When we arrive home, Keegan opens the door and we walk in to see the entire cast and crew of PLL in our living room. They all know about the show and have been so supportive of us.
"There's my little god baby!!!" Shay squeals.
"Please take her. She's driving me nuts."
"What?? You've done this before!"
"I know, but know I have to worry about a 2-year-old and a newborn."
"True, I guess. And I'd be glad to take her!" Shay says, and takes her from me.
"Thank goodness!" I say, relieved.
"Shay? Why don't you stay with us for a while?" I hear Keegan ask.
"Oh my gosh! That's a great idea!!" I say.
"I would love that!" Shay says.
"Awesome!" I say very weakly.
"Come on Troi, let's go to the couch."
"O-k Kee-gs." I say while yawning.
He helps me to the couch and I lay down. The next thing I know, I'm waking up to Keegan shaking me awake.
"What's wrong?" I ask.
"Cassadee needs a bottle."
"You woke me because you need me to get the baby a bottle??" I ask, annoyed.
"I don't know how to, and no one else is a parent." Keegan says.
Then I realize that all of our friends are also in the room.
"Keegan. We have another kid and you still don't know how to make a bottle?"
"What's wrong?" He asks, hurt and shocked.
"What do you mean?"
"You just called me "Keegan"?" He questions.
"I'm sorry, it's just...I'm done. Don't take it so personal, you've called me "Troian" before."
"Yes, when we were either hiding something or not dating."
"What are we going to tell our kids, Keegan?!? Mommy and Daddt couldn't tell people about them. Not even their parents or co-workers? We can't tell them that."
"Where is this coming from? We were just talking about our names, not our children."
'Well maybe we should start worrying, Keegan. We have 2 kids under 2, and we are talking all the time about how we are hiding everything. We are awful people!" I nearly shout, then start to cry.
Everyone is taken back, like I said, no one really sees me cry, like ever. They are all Skelton except for Keegan.
"Troian, it's going to be okay. You are really stressed and hormonal. You did this after Sophia, too, and the conditions were even worse. You will be fine, why don't I get you your first coffee in 9 months?"
"Thanks, Keegs. That would be great." I say, and he leaves me for the kitchen. So I'm alone with everyone else who doesn't know how to deal with me when I'm a basket case. Fun. I look down and rub my temples, then look up to see everyone very concerned.
"Guys, I'm fine. Just really, really stressed. When I had Sophie...it was almost like I was relieved. I didn't have to make a bottle or change a diaper. I'm not ready. Someone take my baby and raise her until she's 1, because I can't take care of a new born." I say in tears, then walk out of the house.
