"Elsa, listen-"

"Jack..... Could you answer my question?!" she started. I just looked at her unable to know what to respond.

"Do you love Rapunzel........ " -she then dropped a tear. "or do you love me?"

Not sure what to answer, I have her an unsure look. She just faced me waiting for a reply. I was having second thoughts.

"Elsa..... Elsa I.....I... "

"Jack, just answer me. She.....or me..... "

Who? Who? WHO?

"Elsa, Rapunzel...... " I started, she waited for me.

"Rapunzel is..... Rapunzel is..... "

I can't!

"She is.... "

Ugh!

"sigh, she's just a friend to me, Elsa.... " I think I kinda looked to my right.

"A-are you sure? Nothing else... " she asked. I nodded regretfully.

It's official....

I'm in love.....with Rapunzel Corona.

»Rapunzel POV

Well, school's back. Yey! *sarcastically

But, semester was a good break for all the homework and stresses. But homework and stresses have return because school is back in business. Yey! *sarcastically

"Oh, hey Elsa!" I greeted after seeing her walk out the girl's bathroom. She saw me then smiled, a small smile actually.

"So, how was semester?" I asked.

"oh, it was good, great, a-awesome....." that, kinda sound fake, forced.

"Right." I think I'm feeling something awkward between this conversation.

"oh wait, Elsa. That day, when we talked in my house's frontyard, why did you just suddenly run away?!" I asked. Then she gasped, then ran pass me without a 'goodbye', or a 'see ya later'.

Well that was odd. What was up with her? I better talk to Jack about this, he's her boyfriend, maybe he knows something about it.

Speaking of, I still need to find Jack. Mr. Lii wanted to see our duet if it still need some improvements. He'll be seeing us in the music room this afternoon. And....good news. I already have a song for the duet. Its a bit emotional, but, neh it'll do.

"Hey girls!" I greeted after sitting with them in the bleachers. They greeted back.

"Why are you guys here in the gym?" I asked.

"Watching the boys in their practice for their next fight." Heather answered.

"And hoping to find our mates." Mavis added. I rolled my eyes at them with a smirk after.

"don't you roll your eyes like that on us. You just see it as an exaggeration because you already found your mate. You and Honey Lemon." Astrid said.

"Hey! I doubt that." Honey said pointing a finger at them. I rolled my eyes again with their over acting.

"and speaking of mates, mate boy is also their in the battle field." Gogo said turning me to the court. Therefore, I did saw Jack doing a ringless shoot from a far distance.

I folded my arms then made a I-don't-want-to-talk-about-him sigh.

"Come on, we know you have feelings for him." Gogo said. I turned to them and said, "what? Why would you even think that I like him?!"

"Because your wolf is practicing you to love him! Because he's your mate." Mavis answered. She's totally right! And your lucky it doesn't cost anything! Except a companionship with our mate of course! Ignore.

"For your information, I have been ignoring my wolf for decades, I even ignored her just 3 seconds ago. So I don't think that's happening to me." I corrected.

'Ouch'! My wolf said sarcastically.

"well, if you really don't love him, rejection then." Heather said unsurely.

"I-I......I don't know....."

"Punz!" I turned and saw Jack waving at me from the bench below. "Hey!" he added, then started to walk up towards us.

"stop at that phrase for a moment! Mate boy heading towards you, 6:00!" Mavis said gleefully. Soon enough, Jack reached us then sat beside me.

"Hey!" he greeted again. I replied a 'hi'. I can hear the girls giggle watching us.

"giggle, well we still have to go! We have some stuff to do! Yeah bye!" Astrid said then they started to stand up and run down the bleachers. They should've not done that running, because I saw Astrid tumble from the stairs and fell, butt first. She 'owed' in pain and winced. I just suddenly jumped to an action of wanting to go near her and help.

"Hofferson!" I shouted.

"I-I'm fine, fine! I'm fine. Ow.... " then the girls helped her walk out the gym. I sat back beside Jack, couldn't believe their clumsiness went on to them. I kinda laughed silently when that happened, her face was a clown! Sorry Astrid.

"chuckle, what was that?!" Jack asked with his amazing smile. I shrugged my shoulders then just suddenly smiled. Ugh, what was that! That shrug was horrifying! And embarrassing! And you shouldn't try to embarrass ourselves in front of our mate! Ignore Wolf.

"You know, I've been curious about your friends. Everytime I walk near you, they would suddenly giggle and do girly-girly stuff, and then walk out with the same reason. Why is that?!" he said, with his eyes in curious and question mode. I shrugged then made a toothy smile all of a sudden, again. Ugh! Seriously!

"Oh, guess what, I already have a song for our duet." I said then reached in my bag to grab my phone. Jack was waiting for me. I grabbed my phone then was about to type in the password to turn it on. Then I realize Jack was there to see my password.

"Uh-hum!" I said making it sound like a cough. He looked at me cluelessly.

"Passwords are privacy. So would you mind if you"-I motioned him to turn around-"turn." He nodded in understanding turn turned around patiently. I quickly typed in the password as it was unlocked. I tapped to 'music' and then swiped up and up to find the song on what I was looking for. Alas I found it then tapped it to play it.

I noticed that Jack was still facing his back. I made him look back to me again then placed my phone in between our ears.

"Here listen to this." I said as the lyrics started to come up.

Jack made a satisfied look as the song started to finish.

"Not bad." he commented.

"Mr. Lii wants us in the music room later afternoon to judge our duet if it still needs improvement. And since when just knew this song, let's at least rehearse before the real rehearsal." I informed.

"OK. How about we practice now. Hold on, i'll just change to my dry ones."

He said dry ones-dry clothes-because he's sweating all over his jersey. I nodded and he nodded then walked down to change behind the bleachers.

Yeah, I'm really really really really really really sorry about the last chapter. It was actually longer and it actually reached 1,000+ words, but I don't know why it just went down to 100+

But, this is the continuation of last chapter's short story.
