I parked the car beside Elsa's house then dropped the engine.

"here you go." I said coldly.

"thanks Jack." she said together with fixing her things and removing the seatbelt. Then she turned to me with a smile. "I had a really great time!"

Well let me tell you, I don't feel the same.

Then she kissed my cheek while I was expressionless.

"Jack," she said.

"hmm?"

"Why aren't you always kissing me back? Isn't that what we're suppose to do, always?" she said. I'm really getting angry and furious on the inside, I just didn't show.

Defeated, I sighed and kissed her on her cheek, a fast smack just to end it all.

"giggle. Well thank you Jack. I'll see you in school. Bye! I love you!" then she jogged in to her house.

Seeing Jack together with Elsa makes me feel......incomplete?!

I mean, he's my mate. He's mine, not hers. Oh why am I feeling this way, I feel like I want to be with Jack, and have him for my own. Well, I do actually! To be honest!

But, I can't. I can't hurt my cousin just because her boyfriend is my mate. I'm....I'm not that kind of person, or werewolf. So, we wouldn't get to be with our mate then?! Kelly asked. I sighed to her and answered,
'I guess Kels'

I then caught sight of my friends on the entrance hall. I walked near them and greeted a 'good morning'.

"your morning doesn't look too good now isn't it punz." Honey stated like she knew what I was feeling.

"Hmm, how can you tell?!"

"I don't know. You're usually cheerful." she said, as the others agreed. I sighed.

"It's about yesterday...isn't it." Mavis told. I looked at them and hoped that they know the answer but just looking into their eyes. But all they did was seat back and didn't say another word.

'hey dad!' I called through mind link.

'uh h-hey honey. What is it?'

'your not in the house. You sound tired, is everything okay?!'

'uh, rogue attack in the pack. Sorry princess but I need to handle this.'

'oh, okay. I guess mom and I will see you when the attack lessens.'

'sure sweety, love you.' then the link was cut.

I faced mom and told her, "dad's busy with the rogue attack, again."

"hmm, that's why I love your father, he's responsible, and he sees the good of others." mom said after placing a pot on the counter.

"hmm mom, how did you and dad meet anyway?!" I asked. She formed a smile and sat on the counter beside me.

"well, your father and I met in a rogue attack. Funny isn't it?" she said while I made a small laugh.

"Not at all mom, tell me more."

"Well, we fell in love. It was like love at first sight. Then he asked me to become his wife then....I became a Luna of the Corona pack and he an alpha. Then we had you. It wasn't easy, but it was all worth it." she finished. I nodded and imagined if it was me and Jack in mom's love story.

"you know what's weird mom."

"what is it sweetheart..."

"You know Jack right, yeah my mate, yey-note the sarcasm." mom made a laugh, I laughed as well.

"hmm, well before, I hated him. But now, I started to....feel my heart pounding rapidly whenever I see him or call him or.....or even hear his name. I-I don't know now if I can be with him anymore because....he's Elsa's boyfriend. I can't break her heart or maybe his." mom then gave me a comforting smile and a squeeze of my hand. Then she cupped my cheek.

"you'll be fine honey. You'll be fine." she planted a kiss on my forehead, and I thanked her.

As class was going on, I saw Jack, whose head was down and I don't think he's listening to the lecture. Worry crashed to me, but there's nothing I could do for now....
