Ally and Stevie spent hours shopping, choosing the perfect colours for Daisy's room. They eventually settled on blue and purple paint for her room.
When they returned home they saw Ali on the couch playing guitar, entertaining Daisy. Daisy was aimlessly hitting the strings causing her to burst out laughing each time she heard a noise.
Daisy turned around and saw Ally and Stevie standing at the front door. "Hey" she said in a small voice. Ally walked over to the couch and kneeled down next to Daisy.
"Hey, are you ok playing with Ali for a little longer so I can get a surprise ready for you" Ally asked. Daisy nodded and continued hitting the guitar making Ali smile.
Ally and Stevie walked upstairs, into the spare room and opened the cans of paint that they had bought. Ally started painting one wall blue whilst Stevie sat and watched her.
"Are you actually going to help or are you just gonna sit there and stare at me"
"Well I'm sorry for having a really hot girlfriend" Stevie said as she walked behind Ally and wrapped her arms around her waist.
Ally turned around and wrapped her arms around Stevie's neck. "Fine ill help" Stevie whined. Ally placed a quick kiss on Stevie's lips before handing her a paintbrush.
"Thanks pretty" Ally said winking at Stevie.
Stevie started painting the other wall purple. After a few minutes Stevie saw that Ally was very occupied with her painting. Stevie got a bit of paint on her finger and snuck up behind Ally.
When Ally turned around Stevie smudged the paint across Ally's face. "Oh I see how it is" Ally said laughing.
Ally got her paintbrush and flicked blue paint. "Your gonna regret that" Stevie chanted as she collected her paintbrush.
Ally and Stevie chased eachother around the room covering eachother in paint. "We are so childish" Ally said.
"That's what I love about you" Stevie said causing Ally to blush.

Once they had finished painting they moved Daisy's small bed back into the room and stood back. "It looks pretty good"
"Can we show her now" Ally asked Stevie.
"Yeah, you should go and get her"
Ally ran downstairs and went to get Daisy. Ali and Daisy's jaw dropped when they saw Ally. "What" Ally questioned. When Daisy pointed at her Ally looked down at herself. When she remembered that she was completely covered in paint and she realised why they were so shocked.
"You will understand in a minute" Ally said as she took Daisy's hand and led her to the stairs.
"I'm gonna go now" Ali said as she put her shoes on and walked to the front door.
"Thank you so much for watching her Ali it was really helpful"
"Anytime, bye Daisy" Ali said waving at the small girl before leaving. Daisy pulled at the bottom of Ally's top.
"You ok" Ally said crouching down to Daisy's level.
"Does she like me" Daisy said.
"What Ali" Ally asked. Daisy gave Ally a shy nod before looking at the floor. Ally lifted Daisy's chin up so that the younger girl faced her. "She likes you a lot" Daisy smiled and took Ally's hand again.
Ally and Daisy walked upstairs and Stevie.greeted them. "Stevieeeee" Daisy squealed as she ran up to Stevie.
"Hey, are you ready for your surprise" Stevie said as she picked up Daisy. Daisy nodded eagerly and Ally opened the door her new room.
"Close your eyes" Stevie whispered to Daisy, when she covered her eyes with her hands Stevie slowly walked into the room with her.
"Ok you can look now" Ally said to Daisy. After a few moments Daisy uncovered her eyes and looked around the room.
"Is this mine" Daisy said as she looked between Ally and Stevie. They both nodded and she smiled. Stevie placed her on the floor and stood next to Ally.
Daisy ran over to the wall that had butterflies painted on it. "The pretty butterflies" Daisy said as she jumped around with excitement. Ally laughed at her dorkiness and rested her head on Stevie's shoulder.
Stevie moved the hair out of Ally's face and kissed the top of her head. "I'm proud of you" Stevie whispered to Ally.
Ally looked up at Stevie and kissed her cheek. "I love you"
"I love you more" Stevie said as she smiled at Ally.
Daisy ran over to her bed and started jumping on it. Ally walked over to her and sat on the edge of Daisy's bed. "Look mommy I'm a butterfly too" Daisy said to Ally as she continued jumping, flapping her arms around.
Ally and Stevie stared at eachother shocked by Daisy's words. "Did she just call me-"
"Uh huh" Stevie cut her off.
