Mikayla groaned in pain. They've estimated that she only has three hours left to live.
"Why isn't Klaus giving her his blood?" asked Bonnie.
"I don't know Bonnie but he has to give it to her soon." said Elena.
"Blondie go talk to him." said Damon looking at Caroline.
"What am I suppose to do? It's not like he will listen to me." said Caroline.
"Hmm, actually he will so go." said Damon.
"Caroline, he will listen to you." said Bonnie.
"Fine, fine I’m going,” said Caroline walking out of the room.
Caroline walked to Klaus’ room and saw him lying down his bed.
"Hey." said Caroline softly.
"Hello Caroline." said Klaus.
Caroline walked into his room. "Why aren't you giving Mikayla your blood?"
"Because Caroline, she tried to kill me twice I can't have her around." said Klaus.
"But what about the cure? Don't you want your hybrids?" asked Caroline.
"Caroline I want a lot of stuff but we can't always have them. I can't have Mikayla running around trying to kill me for revenge from her mother, which I did not kill.” said Klaus.
"Please Klaus, we need this cure for Elena." said Caroline.
Klaus got up. "I'm sorry but I can't do this."
"Why?" asked Caroline in frustration. "Why can't you just do this one sweet thing?"
"I have Caroline, everything I've done were just to impress you." Klaus did a small laugh. "But everything I’ve done you seem to forget."
Caroline looked down not knowing what to say.
Klaus turned around and walked to the door.
"Klaus!" said Caroline.
Klaus turned around and face Caroline.
"I know all the stuff you've done were for me but this cure is the biggest thing I could want for Elena. It would mean the world to me if you did this but I would understand if you don't. Mikayla though is your family and you should save her. Since, you say you did not kill Kathleen you could prove it to her." Caroline looked straight and his eyes and said, "I believe you that you didn't kill Kathleen. I believe you Klaus."
Klaus smiled. "How about if I save my sister you owe me a favor?"
Caroline thought for a moment. "Deal."
Caroline and Klaus walked out to the living room. Mikayla looked really bad.
"Come on little sister." said Klaus then bit into his wrist.
"Took you long enough,” gasped out Mikayla.
Klaus brought his wrist close to Mikayla's lips. Mikayla drank his blood.
